Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay - Navy Peak - Plankton Bioluminescent Night Kayak (L, D)

Old Quarter - 7:00-7:30. Guests will be picked up from their hotel or a designated meeting point in the Hanoi Old Quarter area, then depart for Cat Ba Island via the Expressway. The journey takes approximately 3.5-4 hours. At 11:30, arrival at Ben Beo pier on Cat Ba Island is expected. This pier serves both fishermen and tourist boats visiting Lan Ha Bay and is located just 2km from the town.

Viet Hai Village - 12:00-12:30. Guests will be picked up at Ben Beo harbor and transferred by fast canoe to a charming homestay in Viet Hai Village. Situated on Cat Ba Island, about 10 kilometers from Cat Ba town, the village is nestled in the heart of Cat Ba’s jungle, surrounded by lush forests, mountains, and stunning scenery. A delicious Vietnamese meal will be served. In the afternoon, guests will follow the tour guide for trekking and hiking at Navy Peak to enjoy a panoramic view of Cat Ba National Park. If time permits, climbing to the mountain’s summit offers a breathtaking view of Lan Ha Bay, Halong Bay, and Cat Ba National Park. At 18:30, a delightful local dinner will be served at the restaurant.

Lan Ha Bay - 18:30. After enjoying a local dinner at the restaurant, the tour guide will lead a night-time kayak excursion on Lan Ha Bay to witness the sparkling bioluminescent plankton and observe local village activities at night. Overnight stay at the homestay is included.

Viet Hai Village - Discover Lan Ha Bay Full Day by Boat - Hanoi (B, L)

Viet Hai Village - 7:30. Breakfast will be served at the restaurant. At 8:45, a golf cart will transport guests from Viet Hai Village to Viet Hai Harbor. At 9:00, arrival at Viet Hai Pier is expected, where the tour guide will provide entrance tickets for Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay, included in the tour price.

Lan Ha Bay - 9:15. Guests will board a boat to explore Lan Ha Bay. Initially, the boat will cruise around Lan Ha Bay, renowned for its breathtaking limestone rock formations rising from the sea, and sail past thousands of uniquely shaped karst towers (resembling chopsticks and seals). At 10:30, guests will explore the natural lagoon area of Lan Ha Bay by kayaking through Dark and Bright Caves, tunnels, and archways. This lagoon is the most beautiful in Lan Ha Bay for kayaking and is also a conservation area. Lucky visitors may spot Cat Ba langurs (Golden-headed monkeys). At 14:30, there will be an opportunity for swimming and jumping from the boat at Ba Trai Dao Beach, a natural, remote, quiet, and less-touristy spot. Guests can also explore the temple beach, additional lagoons, and arches. At 15:00, after swimming, a visit to a local fish farm will reveal how local fishermen live on the water and farm fish. At 15:30, the boat will cruise back to the pier, allowing guests to enjoy the magical sunset with local drinks as the boat returns to the harbor.

Old Quarter - 17:00. A bus will pick up guests for the return journey to Hanoi. Arrival at Hanoi Old Quarter is expected around 20:30 - 21:00, marking the end of the trip.
