Here’s some of the recipes we teach: - The internationally famous egg coffee. Labor-intensive and easily satisfying enough to make it well worth the work. learn the magic.
- Hanoi-style expresso-strength milk coffee. Several small details make it great!
- Saigon-style milk coffee. A tad sweeter than Hanoian with 3 secret drops.
After class, feel free to stay to enjoy and compare your creations on our balcony or open front sidewalk area and compare your various creations as you plan your next adventure and if you need any of the making materials for take-home, we carry everything and can set you right up pronto.

Unique local coffee experience in Hanoi - Ruby was so helpful and knowledgeable! Wonderful coffee and great local experience. Beautiful cafe and really great staff. Definitely reccomend for anyone traveling to Hanoi.

For coffee lovers - We had a wonderful experience learning to make egg coffee, salt coffee, and (the star of the show) coconut coffee. I’ve had 2 coconut coffees everyday since I got here and had to learn how to make them before I left. We had a great teacher. It was a very hands on experience. I recommend it to any coffee lover.
