Old Quarter - 7:00-7:30. Guests will be picked up from their hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter area and depart for Cat Ba Island via the Expressway.

Cat Ba Island - 11:30. Arrival at Ben Beo pier on Cat Ba Island, a hub for fishermen and tourist boats visiting Lan Ha Bay, located just 2km from the town.

Cat Ba National Park - 12:00-12:30. Guests will be picked up at Ben Beo harbor and transferred by fast canoe to a charming homestay in Viet Hai village. The village is situated on Cat Ba Island, approximately 10 kilometers from Cat Ba town, nestled in the heart of Cat Ba’s jungle, surrounded by lush forests, mountains, and stunning scenery. Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese meal. In the afternoon, follow the tour guide for trekking and hiking at Navy Peak to view the expanse of Cat Ba National Park. If time permits, climb to the mountain’s summit for a panoramic view of Lan Ha Bay, Halong Bay, and Cat Ba National Park. 18:30. Relish a local dinner at the restaurant.

Lan Ha Bay - 18:30. Delight in a local dinner at the restaurant. Following dinner, the tour guide will lead a night-time kayak excursion on Lan Ha Bay to witness the sparkling bioluminescent plankton and observe local village activities at night. Overnight stay at the homestay!

Viet Hai Village - Discover Lan Ha Bay full day by boat - Hanoi (B, L)

Viet Hai Village - 7:30. Enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. At 8:45, a golf cart will transport guests from Viet Hai village to Viet Hai harbor. At 9:00, arrival at Viet Hai Pier where the tour guide will provide entrance tickets for Lan Ha Bay and HaLong Bay, included in the tour price.

Lan Ha Bay - 9:15. Board the boat to explore Lan Ha Bay. Initially, the boat will navigate around Lan Ha Bay, showcasing its spectacular limestone rock towers rising from the sea, and sail past thousands of karst towers with unique shapes (chopsticks and seals).

Dark & Light Cave - 10:30. Discover the natural lagoon area of Lan Ha Bay by kayaking through Dark and Bright Caves, tunnels, and archways. This lagoon is the most beautiful in Lan Ha Bay for kayaking and is also a conservation area. With luck, Cat Ba langurs (Golden-headed monkeys) may be spotted.

Lan Ha Bay - 12:30. The boat anchors at the border of Lan Ha Bay and HaLong Bay for lunch. A freshly cooked Vietnamese-style lunch is served by the local crew on board (vegetarian options available). Enjoy lunch while cruising through the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations. 13:30. The boat then continues to sail off Southern Ha Long Bay.

14:30. Enjoy swimming and jumping from the boat at Ba Trai Dao Beach, a natural, remote, quiet, and less-touristy spot. Discover the temple beach, additional lagoons, and arches. 15:00. After swimming, visit a local fish farm to see how local fishermen live on the water and farm fish. 15:30. The boat will cruise back to the pier. Enjoy the magical sunset with local drinks as the boat returns to the harbor.

Old Quarter - 16:00. The bus will pick up guests to return to Hanoi. Arrival at Hanoi Old Quarter is expected around 20:30 - 21:00.
