Great experience, highly recommend for everyone visiting Easter Island! - Having face paint and traditional head coverings made for a fun start of the evening and awesome pictures! Delicious food and nice show. It was interesting to see traditional way of food preparation. The food is all you can eat and everything we tried was very good. To be picked up and dropped off was very helpful, especially considering that the show ends around 11:30 pm.

Beautiful but expensive show passing by a provider ... - The show, the welcome, the atmosphere everything was perfect! On the other hand, the price of Viator is really too high compared to the service itself (price displayed on site if buying online ) and the return transport from the hotel (barely 10 minutes ) does not justify the 50 or 60 euros more ... sorry ...

Excellent and easy cultural experience - This was a fantastic experience with great explanations of the practices, culture, and dances. The food, drinks and service were all great. Another big positive for me as a solo traveler was how easy it was to enjoy this experience. I was picked up at the hotel, taken to the dinner and dances, and dropped back at my hotel soon after the event ended. Everyone was very friendly and polite, and I felt completely safe. This was one highlight of my trip to Rapa Nui, besides getting to see the ahu and Moai and learning the history.

Interesting dinner show - Great show however, dinner was not until after 9p and people pushed and shoved to get to the buffet. Really enjoyed the history and how potatoes were cooked. Dancing was fun.

Great show. Get your own transportation. - The show was great. The food good but not outstanding. Transportation leaves much room to improve. The first time we tried to go the ride never came. They rebooked us but still it was a wasted evening. The ride to the show on the rebook was on time. After the show the bus filled before we could get on and we waited half an hour for it to return.

Nice Show with very late dinner - Pickup with minibus was in time but the guys on site have not been ready at arrival. 15min waiting for the welcome drink. The show itself is nice, but the dinner was after the show at 10:30pm. The price is high.

Not what we expected, not recommended - The beginning of our adventure well.... face painting, reception with a drink or welcome drink..... history and representation of your kitchen, cooking your meals with stones and leaves, etc. super well....... Then came the buffet, the rich food, but everything was very fast, between us having to stop to serve ourselves or watch the dance show (the best) had already taken everything out and there was nothing left. When you arrived and sat at your reserved table, you had to ask for everything you would take immediately, since afterwards you could not ask for anything else as it was all closed. It wasn't what we expected. Not recommended

Underwhelming event - Viator advice, with ticket, advised hotel pick up 7:30. When nobody had arrived by 8pm, called the venue, & they said the pickup window was 7:30-8:15. By now it was 8:11. Pickup finally arrived at 8:20, & when I queried with driver, he told me that pickup is from 8:15. The evening did not get any better. The introduction ceremony, quite nice, food 'unwrapping' had spirit. It was then chaotic to be served at the buffet, as appeared to be no organisation. People began to queue, but that was 'uncontrolled'. 1 person would be in the queue, & as they got near to srvery, they were then joined by up to 3-4 others. If you were towards the back of the queue, some food items were very depleted, & not replaced. I watched people walk away with 2 plates, piled high with food, again, no control. The actual show commenced whilst people were still in food queue, causing more than myself to miss at least 15-29 minutes of show. Whilst the meal was adequate, it was nowhere close to the advertised. 'gastronomical delight'. As this was not a cheap event, $250+ for an adult, I cannot say that I got value for my money. Overall, a very disappointing event, for me. I have used Viator many times, in the padty, & always had positive experiences. This was not one of them!!

They don't answer. They cashed in and... - They don't answer. They charged and have nothing to do with the restaurant. I had to pay again to get in.
