Tebogo is a very dear and polite guide! He picked me up at the hotel. And Safari was mt legal. I saw all the animals. I went alone! - I made Safari at Dinoken Game reserve! Tebogo, you picked me up on time at the hotel. Before the tour he contacted me via WhatsApp, clarified everything. The road to the park is super quiet and safe. Safari was great. We've seen all the Big Five! I did Safari in the afternoon and at the end of the day did a little cold, so I suggest taking a jacket. Super recommend. I went alone but I felt all the time very excited and safe!

Excellent frst-time Safari trip. - This trip really was amazing. From the moment Ben picked us up at our air bnb we felt very well looked after. Unfortunately, we were delayed by a couple of hours due to a large accident on the highway but Ben coped so well. He constantly kept in touch with the reserve to ensure things were not cut short and that we had the full experience. He was fantastic. The reserve guide, Daniel was super knowledgeable and mixed in with humour it was a fabulous first experience of a safari that we will never forget. It was enjoyed so much that two of it party re-booked for two days later to do it all again. Highly recommend this trip.

Good trip for those short of time - This half day safari was really good. Ben picked us from the hotel and brought to Dinokeng. James was our excellent guide at the game reserve. We saw giraffes, zebras, different antelopes (and a glimpse of buffalo). We started from the hotel at 7am and were back at 1:45pm. Highly recommended for those who need to be at the airport in the late afternoon on the same day.

Excellent Excursion! - Overall, it was a fantastic experience! We were able to view various types of animals. Definitely would recommend this excursion! (P.S. If the driver that takes you to the safari goes along with you on the safari, just make sure you tell the driver to turn off his cell phone. Our driver's phone kept going off and the safari operator as well as all of us on the tour got really annoyed by that.)

Awesome Afternoon Tour at Dinokeng Reserve - I had an amazing half-day tour yesterday with Ben and Stefan. Ben picked me up at my hotel and drove me to Dinokeng Reserve. On the way I said I liked Jacaranda trees and he went out of the way to drive through Pretoria to look for the last blooms. Then I said I wanted to eat Papp (which I love) and we stopped at the "Pink House" and shared a great meal of Papp, chicken and veg. At Dinokeng, I checked in and got in a ranger vehicle with Stefan with Europeans and South Africans. Stefan was a fantastic driver and guide. The animals, birds, and even insects were out in full because it had just rained. We ended the day watching the sunset over water, with a Goliath heron, lap wings swallows. It was such a fantastic day, which I am going to remember for a long time. I love South Africa and the many good people caring for its nature and culture. Thank you Ben and Stefan from a grateful American!

Amazing half day safari - We had an amazing experience on this safari where we saw all the beautiful animals in their natural environment. The ranger Declan from Mongena Lodge was really pleasant and was able to tell a lot of details about the area and the animals.

Great experience - The lodge is beautiful and allows zebras and impalas to walk around freely on the grounds. I was able to see them up close during check in before the safari even started. Once it started it was great to see so many animals. My only advice is to be patient and understand that you may not see all the animals listed because of the time of day or the animals are just shy.

Safari before night flight out - Halu day safari was excellent. I was picked up from hotel lobby 7 a.m. by Ben and his little guide. Trip went smoothly and safari there was excellent guide who had lot of knowledge of animals and nature. Safari lasted about 3 hours and we saw 3/5 and 5/7 of Bing five and seven. I was pleased for arrangements.
