Lovely, dedicated staff who want you to have a good experience. - The Hammam was super relaxing! The girl who looked after us the entire experience was super lovely and understanding when we didn't want to spend too long in the steam room- this just meant we got more time to relax! The massage was amazing and tailored to what I needed. I would highly recommend this experience.

Fantastic Turkish bath and massage - I was looking for a massage and managed to find this place on TripAdvisor. Had issues paying online, but messaged ToursMo who gave me the breakdown of costs and it was no issue paying at the location. Price was £13 which is ridiculously good, considering transport is included. Picked up on time, then once at the location, had a sauna then steam room before a Turkish bath. This was very good. Afterwards we went into the jacuzzi and then a full body massage. This was the best massage I've ever had. Mohammad worked me hard from top to bottom. The massage seemed to last ages, I'd say 40 mins and didn't want it to stop. Cannot fault this place or ToursMo. Will book it again before I leave. Had some photos taken which I paid 5 dollars for and tipped Mohammad. All in all, cost £20, great value and feel fantastic afterwards.

Great experience for the price - Excellent communication before the trip about pick up times and location. The Hamman is a 10 minute bus ride away from my hotel and made 3 or 4 additional stops to pick up more customers. There are safes for valuables which I'd been uncertain about as I was travelling solo and was worried about leaving my phone. You get a sauna, steam room , scrub down and a massage all for a great price. Ok this is the McDonalds of Hamman experiences as it's fast-paced and communal but we all love a cheeky Maccies from time to time. The masseur was excellent as were all the staff. When I asked for "hard", he wasn't joking! Bus returned me to my hotel quickly afterwards all within the allotted 3 hour timeframe.

Quality Hammam! - Very high quality Hammam and massage. The person who performs the Hammam and massage does extreme body work, which is very high quality! Very courteous service and you can also have drinks.

Disappointing & only 2 hours not 3 - Pick up 40 minutes late then driver asked us where the spa was! Luckily we’d been before so we knew. Our second visit was nowhere near as good as the first and some treatments were left out completely. The promised 3 hour visit took less than 2 hours Also masseuse couldn’t understand any English so instead of focusing on shoulder and neck areas they avoided them completely Overall very disappointing especially as our first visit was great

Disappointing experience - I’ve been before and had a really lovely few hours , but this time it was like a cattle market way too many people there , and some very rowdy young men than spoilt it for other people it became like a conveyer belt . We skipped the jacuzzi, the massage was very good , but I went to lay on the coach and had to tell the lady to change the towels on the bed , as they were wet , and had been left on from the previous person .so all in all not a good experience .

The hammam was nice and... - The hammam was nice and yasmin was very kind. The massage was lovely. BUT IT Was not clean! the towels where smelly.. A lot of people in the hamam and woman and men togheter. And everything must go very fast! It was not relaxing
