I am happy to recommend it - We have done many hop on/ hop off tours but the live commentary was amazing! Much more informative and spontanious than recorded audio guides! The only negative is that is hard to find a starting point in the info

Good Tour - Learning the wonderful history of Hamburg and seeing the various sites and places. Good commentary with headphones for the different languages

Both the bus and boat... - Both the bus and boat trip were great. It's a lovely way to view the city. But the experience would have been a lot better if the tour guide also were talking english

Robbed without a gun! - Worst tour I have ever done in the past 25 year. There is no indication where Linie F pick up point is. Driver was rude and decided that at 15:45 he makes the city tour a half city tour. Rude and refused to speak any other language then German. Yet we paid full price.

no english - we went on this blue bus in hamburg, no audio so a guide did the commentary in german only not much good for us. we also went on the the paddle steamer same thing no english all saw were lots of container ships all in all not worth the money

English Tourists Beware!! - Save your money and don't go on this tour! The websites and guides tell you that they offer English tours but the bus tour guide mostly spoke German. The bus driver who sold us the ticket barely spoke English and didn't tell us that there is only one English speaking tour per day at 12pm but this company offers a German speaking cruise every 30 minutes! Bus and boat do not offer Wifi which good quality tours offer. Also this company does not offer headphones to listen to the tour in English.

Don't do it! - Not on time. Was suppose to meet at 9:50 according to their email update showed up at 10:05 Ok but still late. Bus driver was not very friendly but finally gave us our tickets. The tour guide later said he's a cranky guy but has a heart of gold. I wouldn't have him represent my company. We got off bus to go on the cruise that was included. The guide said they will be back at 2. We went on cruise which was nice started at 12 ended at 1. We went to "hop on" at 1:30 because she said she would be back at 2. Their info said they would be there at 1:25 then 2:25 and 3:25 and so on. we waited in the rain til after 3 when one one their buses showed up. This guide we were told was "Nora" was rude, snarky and didn't care because we couldn't find the ticket in time and said they had to leave. So we waited again after we found the tickets and at 3:20 the guide that said she would be there at 2 showed up. We told her what happened and she said she would pass it. In closing it ruined our only full day in Hamburg with this lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and book on another HOP ON HOP OFF operator.
