Nice tour on Alster - Nice Tour. Highly recommended. I liked the guide with his wit and jokes. We enjoyed the houses and the lake very much. It gives you interesting insights

Relaxing ride - Really relaxing trip seeing the sites around the lake. I loved seeing the old world institutions of the rowing clubs and beautiful homes. Nice bar inside the boat as well.

Christmas 2019 - It was running so we took a trip around Alster by boat. Pay as you get on, commentry in english through your mobile phone. Nice steady cruise with many landmarks pointed out and explained. Cost 16 euros per adult and last around 1 hour.

Nice trip - Boat tour was nice but issues with the ticketing as the company wanted a QR code and all we had was a bar code so nearly missed the boat trying to get it sorted out. Trip was good as it was getting dark so lots of lights and gluwein from the bar

Missed too many comments - Commentary is in German by the Captain or via your mobile phone after logging to their QR code. Worked on my phone worked intermittently on my partners. The main problem is that it is GPS triggered and you need to be at the exact spot to trigger the commentary and the captain did not always go close enough to trip that trigger so we missed out on about 20% of the comments.
The system need the ability for users to trigger the comments on demand. Missed too much.

Disappointed - We waited, nobody came. People came and went, they also wanted to do the tour... but unfortunately we just waited in the cold and had also booked in advance. €20 per person, which isn't even cheap.
Unfortunately I can't give a good review because the tour never took place.
