Any time! - For a family celebration, I booked an individual tour of the Speicherstadt and Hafencity. It's always interesting for visitors, but even if you live in Hamburg, you always learn something new. Kontorhäuser & Paternoster an exciting, recommended and entertaining tour - The tour guide took us through the Kontorhaus city tour in an exciting and clear way. The time flew by.

Stattreisen are simply great! - I have already done a few tours with Stattreisen and found each one to be very enriching. You learn a lot of exciting things, lively history always with reference to the here and now. This way you see your own city with different eyes and details that were previously meaningless tell a story that touches you in one way or another. The guides were all very well trained and able to pass on their knowledge, which you cannot read about anywhere, in an understandable, interesting and lifelike way.

Kontorhaus district is a must see for the architecture - This is an architectural gem in Hamburg which also has a wonderful World Heritage Centre in the iconic Chilehaus and pioneering early 20th century modern office block which still has lucky businesses in it. The World Heritage Centre web site has numerous offerings and is a good place to start if you are planning a visit to Hamburg or even during your stay.

Schade…. - It was informative, but the group too big, sometimes too much info on rather noisy street corners. Unfortunately only a paternoster, which should also not be used, therefore in retrospect the title of the tour irritates Kontor houses and paternoster - a pity....
