Culinary tour - We liked the Culinary Star Hill Tour very much, that was probably also due to our guide Rainer who passed on so much knowledge about Hamburg to us , we felt very comfortable with him 😉 The tasting was plentiful and delicious we would definitely do this tour again. We find the price performance ratio perfectly fine.

Eat you way through history in Sternchanze - Perfect way to get to know a part of Hamburg we would never have seen without this tour. Michael was a great guide, we felt like visiting a friend

Sonja was amazing! - Sonja was an excellent guide for our group of 10 colleagues. She had interesting anecdotes and we learned a lot about the history of Hamburg! We were all native English speakers - her English was better than ours.

Ute is a great guide to a fascinating district - We wouldn't have seen this district of Hamburg if not for this tour, and Ute was the perfect guide. We has a nice small group and her friendliness made us all friendly which really added to the memorable experience. The Sternstanze district provides a clear window on the leftist community and activism characterizing this area, and Ute is well versed in the district's history and continuing importance. As political progressives ourselves (living in a country currently hostile to progressive thought), it was refreshing to have a guide without prejudice against such activism. The 5 food stops were of course interesting and satisfying (curry wurst, anyone?), but far more filling and enriching was Ute's historically informed storytelling.
