RED AND BLUE LIGHT TOUR - I had a very good tour walking around The Reeperbahn and St Pauli with Maila. Even though I was the only one on the tour she spent the whole two hours with me. She was very enthusiastic and spoke English very well. I recommend it if you want to learn about the area.

Tour Guide Didn’t Show Up - Absolutely horrible. The tour guide didn’t show up. The meeting point was the Beatles platz at 7:00pm; got there by 6:50pm and waited until 7:20pm. No one showed up. I contacted Headout but they said they will get back to me in 48 hours. It was pouring in Hamburg yesterday and I had to take the subway for half an hour each way to get there. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Never use this company or go on this tour!!!!

Super bad customer service - guide cancellation within 3 hours - Our guide cancelled the guided tour with 3 hours notice. This is absolutely not acceptable as it was part of a present to some of our friends.
