On your journey to this coastal village passage, you traverse the serpentine seaside road known as the Lighthouse Route leading to the minuscule fishing hamlet of Peggy’s Cove. Its charm is such that it has served as a muse for artists and a magnet for both novice and veteran adventurers for ages. The vibrant homes and fisherman huts situated at the summit of the sturdy rocky ledge, that faces the turbulent waters of the Atlantic, bear traces of the sea’s fury and its tempests. Totally recommend! - I was a solo traveller to Halifax without a car, so I had to book a tour to see Peggy’s Cove and it was so much better than I expected! On our way to and from Peggy’s cove, we can listen to the history of Nova Scotia and the time we were allowed in Peggy’s Cove was sufficient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views! - Peggy’s Cove is beautiful! It was one of the highlights of our trip. The guide and driver did a good job, although the directions to find them could be more clear.

Amazing Time in an Amazing Place - We truly enjoyed our tour guide Don. I have been on many tours - I have never learned so much!

Beautiful Cove with colorful houses - Peggy's Cove is a beautiful cove with colorful houses. You can view the lobster traps, take a tour on a boat away from the cove, visit a few shops and truly enjoy the coolness of the wind from the ocean. The large granite rocks are easy to climb. Just stay off of the black ones because they are slippery. We were warned of that ahead of time.

Lovely trip,bad comunication. - It was an excellent trip with a very informative guide.However I had expected a boat trip as that was what I had booked.I did have a message from the provider which may have helped rxplain the change but the print was so small that it was impossible to read.Try as i might I could not make it big enogh.I think it would be an idea to ask them to use coventional emails in future.

The trip was all about selling a restaurant. - Nothing, I thought the whole thing was way over advertised. The restaurant at the cove was over rated for the price.

Not a good day. - No ones fault......but the heavens opened.....all the buses let passengers back on but ours. The commentator did not draw breath and delivered some useful information but much just so he could keep talking I surmise. I dont like to be nasty but I wished I had noise drowning headphones. Never mind....the rain did that.

Had to cancel - We did not get to take the tour. Viator misrepresented the length of the tour. But we did not find out until we were ready to leave on the tour bus. If we had taken the tour we would have missed the cruise ship.

We were told we couldn’t go cause we would not be back in time for ship to leave! Very disappointed - Our driver told us he couldn’t get us back in time for our ship to leave! So we could not go! I would like a refund due to the fact we were told in the app we would be back in plenty of time to board ship.

Wish I could tell you. - I'm giving this a 1 because we were not able to take this excursion. The tour company was unable to guarantee our completion before our boarding time.
