Highlights

1655 Lower Water St - This is truly the perfect way to enjoy your evening! During this 2.5 hour sail, you will enjoy a guided tasting of the variety of wines grown & produced right here in Nova Scotia. Learn about the wineries and grapes as you sample an award-winning sparkling, a Tidal Bay (Nova Scotia’s appellation wine), a rose, and a red wine. As part of this tour, you will enjoy a hands-on sailing experience along the Halifax skyline past George’s Island towards McNabs Island, and finally into the narrows of the Northwest Arm to see some of the beautiful homes as the sun sets. Enjoy your time while seated at the bow, or relax with our crew at the stern of during this beautiful, intimate sailing experience.

Great Sailing Great WIne - Cheryl and Erik went on this cruise with friends August 22, 2023. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They sailed the boat very well and it was a smooth ride. They pointed out point of interest. The wine steward explained each wine and stated where we could purchase them. There were plenty of snacks (cheese, meats, nuts, etc.) to be had. We had a fun night. We highly recommend this event.

Six stars trip - If I could rate this tour 6 stars, I will. We had an amazing experience. The wine selection was extraordinary, the navigation in the ocean made me want to be a sailor, the crew was gentle and knowledgeable. The hours spent flew by and the scenery with wine and cheese couldn't be better. Thank you for making our Halifax visit so joyful.

#1 Rated for a reason! - Based on other reviews, our group booked this last minute and we were not steered wrong! This was indeed an amazing experience for all of us. The yacht staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I highly recommend this experience.

New friends! - I was looking forward to the sunset, but Mother Nature was not cooperating. That was the only downside. Jen and Molly were amazing. The couples we sailed with were so much fun. Imagine coming this far and being with people from the same side of the country. So much fun. Do not miss this opportunity.

Fantastic Experience ! - We were on the sunset wine and cheese tour and I can not say enough great things about it! The crew (Cayliegh, Molly and Avery) were friendly and chatty answering any questions we had about the wine, sailing and adding in fun facts about Halifax. We made lots of great new friends on the tour and had the most beautiful sunset to enjoy. I would 1000% recommend.

An amazing sunset trip! - Spent a wonderful evening out on the sunset wine and cheese tour and had an amazing time! The entire crew was excellent, especially Molly. Had a fantastic time chatting with her about the local wines and getting advice about more places to visit in the city! All round a great person to have on my trip!

Wine and cheese tour - We had the best time on our wine and cheese tour. It was a beautiful evening and we got to enjoy the sunset with some wonderful people. The sailing crew Gwen, Tineka and Molly were so welcoming and we were well looked after the whole evening. If you are just visiting or live in Halifax, this is definitely something you should look into. It was the perfect date night and we can’t wait to do it again :) Jenna + Morgan
