A very good experience - We were very lucky to meet an experienced tour guide, Bruce , who gave us a very good itinerary experience. His rich knowledge allowed us to understand this place better.

Great Private Tour of Halifax - We enjoyed the private tour with Bruce Tours. He was very informative and made sure we didn't miss any photo moments. Highly recommended

Beautiful day in Halifax - Bruce’s tour was fantastic. His vehicle is spacious and comfortable. Bruce is very knowledgeable and punctual. The tour was planned out perfectly and we saw so many beautiful spots that the cruise ship excursions would not have taken us to. The pricing is extremely reasonable for a private tour. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent tour guide - Bruce -- a very well informed ad knowledgeable guide. He got water bottles with him for us and also the famous maple candy. We enjoyed the city tour and Peggy's cove and Bruce gave us all the historical info about the places we stopped by and passed by. I will recommend Bruce every time.

Outstanding tour! - We did this as a shore excursion from our cruise ship. Bruce was absolutely terrific. He has a truly extraordinary knowledge of facts, dates and places, and shares sights and history in an interesting way. He is an excellent, safe driver. He provided a really memorable experience. There were four in our party and we fit comfortably in his mini-van and everyone had good views. He stops and gives good photo suggestions. I highly recommend Bruce for this tour.

This tour was extremely... - This tour was extremely informative, we were shown many different aspects of the city, very interesting, beautiful drive along the Coast. Fascinating history in Halifax that was unbeknown to us as Canadians ! Waterfront, Boardwalk, Peggy’s Cove, Titanic cemetery, gorgeous scenery. Relaxing and enjoyable, highly recommend this tour.

"What A Great Tour & Tour Guide!" - Bruce was a great tour guide. He was on time and was exactly where he said he would meet us when our ship docked. He showed us a map and explained where we would be going on our tour of Halifax and Peggy's Cove. He drove us all around Halifax and showed us many of the historical landmarks and let us take lots of photos. Peggy's Cove was a Beautiful Village with shops, food and lot of great photo opportunities. This was a Great Tour.

Absolutely worth the price! - Had the opportunity to see sights and stop for photos that a larger tour would not have allowed. Our group of three enjoyed the day touring with Bruce and learning about the area. Would highly recommend going this route if you have a full day to give to it. We fell in love with beautiful Lunenberg and a later hours visit to Peggy’s Cove allowed for photos with no other tourists in the background!

Do not think you can reason with Bruce! - The highlight was that we got safely back to our cruise ship. We thought that with 6 hours, we would be able to help decide our itinerary. No way! We drove up and down neighborhood streets in Halifax, giving us some interesting information, but Bruce also pointed out every "burning bush" plant between Halifax and Peggy's Cove. We asked questions about real estate and business in Halifax, questions that have been asked on every tour I've ever been on, and be said, "I'm not the one to ask about those things." He had a specific dialogue that he couldn't change. If you're a photographer, and have a strong stomach, this might be for you...he drove on almost every side street, showing photo ops, we got some great photos, but also, some of us had serious car sickness! The hours trip from Halifax to Peggy's Cove took three hours! I won't be using his services again!

Hurricane Disappointment - We were so looking forward to our day in Halifax with Bruce, but due to Hurricane Fiona, we were unable to come in to Halifax to do the tour. Bruce did not offer ANY portion of the fully paid excursion to be refunded since it was not within their fully refundable time frame. So disappointing.
