Turtles, caves & beach. - Getting started with our business would not have been possible without Alan's Garduño (Royalton Chic Cancún) invaluable help. He offered us a host of activities in very detail. If you want someone who knows the region perfectly and what activities can be done there, this is THE person I will recommend to you. The activities are perfect with a very professional guide. I recommend this activity without hesitation.

Amazing tour of the cenotes and swimming with turtles - We booked the three attraction private water tour at the Royalton hotel. Gabby was super helpful during the booking process. She was able to answer all questions we had. In the morning after Tor, she met us in the lobby to make sure we found our tour guide and forgot to safely on the road. The tour included a snorkelling swim with turtles, a cenotes cave swim and open cenotes visit All three were absolutely amazing and or 5 member family enjoyed all three, everybody had a different favourite Our driver and tour guide, Luis was very informative, funny, caring, and he was a great and safe driver I highly recommend this tour for any individual or family. Strong swimmers or at least water safe children will get more out of it, but life floaty vest will be provided for everyone. Highly recommended, A++

Once in a lifetime experience - This tour was absolutely worth the time. We saw several turtles just going about their business in their habitat. We saw two stingrays and a number of parrot fish on the reef. I would highly recommend this tour because of how respectful it is to the wildlife we were profoundly privileged to see. Our guides were patient and lovely.

Amazing, must see - Excellent trip-explored a beautiful Cenote, then went to an amazing beach to snorkel. Highly recommend

Underwater World & Tulum - Amazing experience. We booked 2 excursions whilst in Riviera Miya, Tulum & Underwater World. Rodrigo and Gus were our tour guides. So friendly and put you at ease if you had any worries. Full of knowledge!! credit to the company 😊

Amazing !!! - This is a must. Snorkelling in a cenote in amazingly clear water with fish and tree roots all in the cave. Completely a must !!!

Wow! What an experience! - What a great excursion! Booked on the flight down and stopped at the sunwing office at the hotel to book the time and day. Easy breezy. Our guide “Captain Snake” was absolutely incredible. We saw the sea turtles on the reef during the morning snorkel and he took us through two cenotes afterwards. He is incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and friendly! Best in the business. He took us deep into the second one. Could only see by flashlight and it was surreal! This is a must for any trip to Cancun / Playa Del Carmen.

Wonderful Tour With Francesca - Francesca led us through the dive off the reef and then to a cenote, where she also led a swim.. She was a fabulous tour guide and it was well worth the money. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Muchas gracias Francesca!

Underwater world - I booked this trip on viator A bit confusing as the tour operator was Nexus on the confirmation but the actual tour was operated by BLUE CARIBE I did not receive any pick up time from Nexus but they did respond quickly when I sent an email asking them to confirm this It was a very good excursion Valentin was an excellent guide and very informative and made the day good fun We first went to Akumal beach and snorkelled looking for green turtles and did manage to see one We then went to a cenote For me this was the best part of the trip as I had not visited a cenote before It was very beautiful and good experience Blue Caribe were the sole contractors for this particular cenote There was one group leaving as we arrived then our group of 9 had the cenote to ourselves To snorkel at Akumal you have to get a boat from the beach which takes you out to the bay You wear life jackets but need to be confident to jump in the water and snorkel from the boat It is not possible to snorkel directly from the beach The trip is advertised as a half day tour (4-6hours) but this does not include hotel pick ups and drop offs I was first to be picked up and last to be dropped off so the total length of the tour for me was 8 hours
