If it ain’t Jak’s it’s wack! - Booking was easy AF. The team led by Kyle was on point . They accommodate absolutely anyone . Besides showing you all the marina life, they are as saftey minded as I’ve seen anyone be. Took great care of some of the less athletic folks on our tour . I’d say give Kyle and Everyone on his crew a raise.

Great coral - Had a tentative snorkeler with us. Our guide Tony took time to keep her comfortable and showed us lots of great coral and marine life. This trip is a good one for snorkelers who don't want to be committed to a long time in the water. You snorkle 45" or so, eat lunch, and go back out for another 30-45". If you get tired you can just swim to the beach. Ride out was choppy (the usual per crew) but Captain did a great job warning us where to sit. The ride home is smooth and views are lovely!

Snorkeling at Laughing Bird Caye - Called the day before we wanted to go snorkeling. They got us right on to a half day trip with three other people. We handled all liability waivers and payment online. The whole process was super fast and easy. Captain Jak's sent a driver and a cart to pick us up on time in the morning. Everyone that we dealt with at Captain Jak's was friendly and committed to making our snorkeling trip wonderful. Special gratitude to Captain Rick for his smooth boat ride to and from Laughing Bird Caye . Out snorkeling guide, Julian pointed out interesting fish and coral during our excursion. Both Rick and Julian were beyond 5 stars for customer experience and service. The highlight of our trip was coming face to mask with a young manatee. You won't be disappointed on a tour with Captain Jak's.

Captain Jak's is a Wonderful Company - My wife suffered a traumatic brain injury several years ago. This was our first trip since that injury. The half day snorkel appeared to be one of the least physically challenging activities outside of the Chocolate Factory Tour. The day we went out on the water it was choppy, and I had no idea that my wife would become terrified. The Boat Captain was nice and took us back to the dock where the Captain Jak’s arrange for us to get to the Hotel ASAP. It was only a 5-10 minute wait. I was not worried about a refund as much as getting my wife calmed down. The people were so nice and brought us a golf cart as a substitution to the snorkeling trip which my wife enjoyed riding in and seeing some of the Island. The care and concern they showed my wife and willingness to offer up something different for my wife to enjoy will never be forgotten. This is a great company run by good people. I would highly recommend them.

A little disappointing. - Rough seas made this tour less than a 5 star event. We wondered if it should have been cancelled, in retrospect. However, the guides couldn't have been better- taking extraordinary means to calm the worries of a young mother and care for two little ones on a challenging snorkel. They were superb. Coral and variety and numbers of fish were less than we expected.

Bad messaging - The y never showed up. Claimed they sent me a confirming text message but I never got it, so I didn’t respond, and they didn't show up. Trip Advisor DID confirm. My message to Capt Jack did not go through. Major mixup with communications.This is why I dislike booking via third parties. Full refund requested of course.
