Amazing experience in Makone. Loved the Hakone Shrine. - Our travel guide, Maz, was very punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and helped customize the experience based on our preferences and timing. I would highly recommend him again to any family or friends visiting Tokyo and Makone.

5 stars - Maz was great it was a very rainy day but we made all the stops on the itinerary. When we got to Mt. Fugi it was sunny and a very good time. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch. Highly recommend Maz.

A must if there is not enough time - Our guide was very very gentle. He understood that we traveled with elders and did not rush us at all. There was a lot of traffic due to it being a weekend. The drive was beautiful and he was informative. We could not cover all the destinations but still managed to see enough and the most important ones.

Good - No complaints. The driver is very nice and very honest. He helped us choose the right type of route and he helped us understand Japanese culture more with insights that of course, we as tourists can't have without staying longer.
It's good. I recommend it for people who want to relax and enjoy the trip.

Jam-packed day trip - We really enjoyed our day trip (which definitely takes the full 10 hours) to the Hakone region. Even though it was cloudy and we couldn't see Mt Fuji, the setting is so beautiful that it doesn't really matter. The lakes and mountains are beautiful and there are so many beautiful gardens. Our favorite part of the tour was the Hakone Open Air museum, which was excellent. Looking forward to doing another tour on our next trip.
