Participants have the option to disembark at either Kawaguchiko or Hakone-Yumoto Station upon request, so please select the option that best fits your preferences.

- Please use the restroom before gathering at the meeting point. After departure, the bus will head directly to Fujisan Plaza without any restroom stops. (Approx. 1.5 hours)
- Please arrive on time. Guests who arrive late may have their reservation cancelled. We recommend allowing extra time to avoid delays.
- Tour route and schedule may change due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Travel insurance is recommended (though not mandatory) before participating in this activity, in case of accidents or unforeseen events.
- The tour itinerary may be adjusted depending on road conditions or other factors. In some cases, certain sightseeing spots may be skipped due to time constraints.
- Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base in certain weather conditions. Please note that refunds will not be issued for this reason.
- The temperature in some tour locations is significantly lower than in Tokyo. We recommend checking local weather in advance. For reference: Lake Kawaguchi average temperatures — Aug: 29.9°C, Sep: 27.3°C, Oct: 20.4°C
- Lunch is not included. You can enjoy lunch at a roadside station restaurant featuring local ingredients. However, if you have specific dietary needs such as vegan, gluten-free, halal, vegetarian, or food allergies, please bring your own meal in advance, as special accommodations may not be available.
- Depending on the number of participants, transportation may vary (e.g., large bus, mid-size bus, minibus, or private vehicle).

- Kimono Experience at Fujisan Plaza Enjoy a casual kimono-wearing experience over your regular clothing. Please avoid sleeveless tops, especially in summer, as kimonos are worn over your outfit. Note: Kimono sizes are limited. If children are joining the tour, please provide their height in the remarks section when booking.
