We are Thai couple growing up from different regions of Thailand and have been cooking for long time. We learned how to cook from our parents such as go to the market to pick up fresh ingredients, using spices & herbs then many tricks & basic cooking skills. When we married, we still cook and share our own food with each other all the time until now. In addition, we sometimes cook food for offering the monk as well.
Our class offers you just 8 people per maximum (vegan or vegetarian are very welcome), all recipes are created from our many years of cooking experiences and some are mixed between the 2 cultures too.
