Trip - The tour was a nice Trip, we had great fun visiting the caves Alex took good care of us in this Trip. Please add a bell in the room for all small room service

Truly magical experience. - Hera Grand Cruise is just beautiful, service, staff and rooms are great. Alex our tour guide is fantastic, from hiking to cooking classes to karaoke. The food onboard is amazing. The scenery leaves you in awe. Definitely treat yourself to this magical experience.

Amazing experience- highly recommend. - Had an amazing trip. All staff were super friendly and a delight. Cabin was comfortable - slept so well. Food was sensational and in abundance. Loved the Hera Cruise cocktail. Lots of opportunities to engage in activities or just laze on the boat. Tour guide Alex was wonderful and full of local information. Would highly recommend.

Best cruise on Halong bay - Great trip and amazing room, definitely worth paying for the upgrade! Alex and the crew were brilliant. They will do everything they can to make sure you have the best experience possible. Food was to a high standard.

Excellent service and crew - The Hera Grand cruise trip is excellent! Spacious room and bathroom. Good itinerary. Friendly and excellent service from the crew on board and Alex. Alex is especially helpful with our requests. We had a great time and enjoyed the cruise trip very much!

Such a lovely trip! - Amazing, such a lovely cruise. The boat is great the rooms feel luxury and are well decorated. Alex was brilliant and looked after us, along with providing great information about the itinerary and facts on the excursions. Would definitely recommend

Amazing overnight cruise - Our room on cruise is spacious with a comfy bed. The staff were very tentative and professional. We enjoyed the foo very much with so many choices. I would recommend my friends t travel with Hera Grand Cruise when they visit Halong

The most memorable experience in Viet Nam. - The service on this cruise is what makes it a standout! The cruise manager, makes everyone feel welcome, a wealth of knowledge and is great for a laugh. He makes the cruise awesome! The staff are also great, friendly and helpful. The food and lodgings are top-notch. All cruises seem to follow the same format. Swim at the beach, go to caves and kayaking. So activities wise there really isn’t much difference. And Agent Tracy help us a lot through the trip. The most memorable experience in Viet Nam.

Ha-Long bay wonderfull - Alex on the Hera Grand boat, excellent experience, very good dinner , tour Guide very nice. We couldn't swim on the beach because there was a storm.
