Ha Giang City – Pac Sung Pass - Heaven Gate – Lung Tam Village - Yen Minh - Hmong King Palace - Dong Van Town

Ha Giang - The tour begins at 8:00 a.m. at the office in Ha Giang City. The tour guide and driver will provide a safety briefing for riding on the motorbike and wearing protective gear, as well as details of the tour itinerary.

Điểm dừng chân dốc bắc sum - On the first day, Ha Giang Easy Riders will guide you through the most stunning scenery with spectacular landscapes and breathtaking views. The team will drive you into the mountains and along winding roads before ascending Pac Sung Pass, which is over 1000 meters above sea level. Here, you will notice a cooler temperature and can enjoy the first panoramic view from Pac Sung Pass, capturing photos and savoring coffee at the top.

Quan Ba Heaven Gate - After taking in the view from Pac Sung Pass, you will continue on a motorbike through rock limestone mountains and villages, experiencing beautiful scenery. You will arrive at Heaven Gate, where you can marvel at the amazing landscape and the vast, deep valley. After enjoying the view, the riders will take you down to the hidden village of Lung Tam, home to the Dao Minority people. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit a local family and learn about their culture.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - The journey continues past Quang Ba to the town of Tam Son, where you will begin to see the impressive rock limestone mountains marking the start of the Karst Plateau Geopark. Lunch will be at a viewpoint, offering a chance to admire beautiful terraced rice paddies.

After lunch, the tour proceeds to Dong Van. The Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark is a significant geoheritage site in Vietnam, featuring numerous terraced rice fields, limestone rocks, and magnificent views. Hidden villages in the valley showcase rural North Vietnamese countryside life. Before reaching Dong Van town, a stop will be made at the Vuong family’s residence, known as the “Hmong King Palace.” The day concludes in Dong Van town, where you will stay overnight at a hotel. After dinner, you can explore Dong Van’s ancient town nightlife.

Dong Van Town - Lung Cu Loop Flag Pole - Kayaking or Cruise on The River – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Meo Vac

Lung Cu Flag Tower - After a delightful breakfast, the tour departs from Dong Van Town. The Ha Giang Easy Riders Team will take you to the loop of Vietnam near the Chinese border to see Vietnam’s national flag tower. The ride to the flag tower takes over an hour, and you will walk to the top for a panoramic view, including the Chinese border and valley villages. This spectacular landscape offers great photo opportunities. After the loop, return to Dong Van town for lunch.

Ma Pi Leng Pass - Post-lunch, the Easy Riders will guide you to the most beautiful part of the journey, Ma Pi Leng Pass, located on the Happiness Road connecting Dong Van and Meo Vac. Known for its rugged cliffs and breathtaking views, Ma Pi Leng Pass is often called the “king” of Vietnam’s passes. The road winds through cliffs and ascends to 2,000 meters. To fully appreciate the pass’s beauty, ride down the Sky Path to admire the valley’s scenery and the impressive 48-step snake road to Nho Que River.

Nho Que River - From the mountain viewpoint, experience a 360° view of one of Vietnam’s most challenging roads, the 48-step snake road. Ride down to the river to enjoy a cruise on the Nho Que River, with activities like swimming or kayaking. Capture unforgettable photos of Ma Pi Leng Pass. Standing at the pass’s peak, feel the majestic space of mountains and rivers. The journey continues to more remote villages, offering insight into life in Vietnam’s distant regions, before heading to Meo Vac for an overnight stay.

Meo Vac – Mau Due - Road M - Terrace Rice Paddies Valley - Du Gia Village - Waterfall

Du Gia - After breakfast and bidding farewell to the homestay host, the journey continues. Today’s route features spectacular landscapes with limestone mountains emerging from deep valleys. The road offers views of hidden villages and the M-shaped Road, leading to Mau Due Pass. Here, admire the beautiful terraced rice paddies and hidden Dao Minority villages, as well as a vast tea farm. Arrive at Du Gia Village, home to five ethnic minorities: Tay, Nung, Hmong, Lo Lo, and Kinh. Enjoy lunch in the village, followed by relaxation and a power nap. Around 3 p.m., visit the waterfall for swimming, then return to the village for an overnight stay at a traditional Tay Minority house.

Du Gia – Duong Thuong Village - Lung Khuy Cave - Quan Ba - Ha Giang City Back to Hanoi

Lung Khuy Cave - After breakfast and saying goodbye to the homestay host, the journey continues. The final day offers more amazing natural and scenic experiences. The route back to Ha Giang includes a visit to the famous Lung Khuy Cave, approximately 300 meters long, featuring magnificent stalactites and intriguing shapes that spark the imagination. Cross Quan Ba town and see Nui Do Mountain.

Đèo Bắc Sum - Some say it resembles a fairy’s breasts! After crossing Sky Gate, return to Bac Sum Pass. After an adventurous ride, arrive back in Ha Giang in the afternoon, in time to catch a bus or limousine back to Hanoi, or opt for a night bus, depending on your schedule and post-tour plans.
