Old Quarter - FOR GUESTS BOOKING TOURS FROM HANOI WITH TRANSFER ONLY:
Guests will be picked up at their hotels or accommodations within the Old Quarter Area. For those staying outside the Old Quarter, the pick-up point is at the Hanoi Opera House or the Authentic Hanoi Travel Office at 39 Ngo Huyen Street before 8:00 AM. The drive to Halong Cruise Port takes approximately 3 hours.

Halong International Cruise Port - NOTE: FOR GUESTS BOOKING TOURS FROM HALONG, NO TRANSFER:
Guests should arrive at Halong International Cruise Port independently by 11:30 AM to meet the cruise team and complete registration procedures for boarding. Late arrivals may be denied entry by port authorities or incur additional fees.

12:00: CHECK-IN:
Guests are warmly welcomed by the Signature Team at Halong International Harbour. Luggage check-in procedures are completed at the waiting lounge before boarding the cruise.

Halong Bay - 12:45 ONBOARD:
Guests are transferred to the Signature Cruise by a tender boat. The Cruise Manager and crew warmly welcome everyone onboard, providing a safety briefing and itinerary overview while guests enjoy a signature welcome drink.
13:00 LUNCH:
Lunch is served in the cozy restaurant as the cruise departs towards Bai Tu Long Bay, a hidden gem within the Halong Bay Complex. Guests can immerse themselves in the stunning scenery and renowned limestone formations.

Bai Tu Long Bay - 14:45 ACTIVITIES:
The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village, known for its pearl cultivation. Guests have the opportunity to explore the life and culture of the fishing community by kayaking for free or taking a traditional woven (bamboo) boat rowed by a local boatman.
16:00 RELAX:
Guests return to the Signature Cruise to enjoy free time. Massage services are available and should be booked in advance with the Cruise Manager.
18:00 - 19:00 HAPPY HOUR:
Guests can enjoy “Buy 1 get 1 free” drinks during Happy Hour as the sun sets, creating a stunning twilight.
17:30 SUNSET PARTY:
A cooking demonstration of traditional Vietnamese dishes is organized by the Chef.
19:00 DINNER:
A fusion set menu is served to satisfy guests after an active day.
20:30 CHEERFUL EVENING:
Guests have free time for evening activities such as film entertainment, mini-games in the dining room, squid fishing, or massages. The Cruise Manager is available for assistance.

BAI TU LONG BAY – THIEN CANH SON CAVE - HALONG CRUISE PORT OR HANOI

Bai Tu Long Bay - 06:30 TAI-CHI CLASS:
Guests can start their day with a Tai-Chi exercise on the sundeck for 30 minutes while cruising to “Thien Canh Son” Cave.
07:00 BREAKFAST:
A light breakfast is served in the restaurant.

Thien Canh Son Cave - 08:00 VISITING CAVE:
Guests visit “Thien Canh Son” Cave, which consists of three caverns adorned with stalactites and stalagmites. There are 200 steps to climb, offering a rewarding experience.

Halong Bay - 09:00 CHECK OUT:
Guests return to the Signature Cruise to relax and pack their luggage. Luggage should be left outside the door for collection by the Signature team, who will have it ready on the pier.
09:30 BRUNCH:
A brunch buffet is served in the restaurant after check-out while cruising toward the port.

10:45 GOODBYE:
Guests are transferred by tender back to Halong International Harbour for disembarkation. Farewell to all guests.

Halong International Cruise Port - FOR GUESTS NOT USING TRANSFER, THE TOUR FROM HALONG BAY CONCLUDES AFTER THE 2-DAY CRUISE RETURNS TO THE MAINLAND BETWEEN 11:15 AM AND 11:30 AM.

Old Quarter - FOR GUESTS USING TRANSFER FROM HANOI ONLY:
Guests will board the transfer at 12:30 PM to return to HANOI. Drop-off will be at the same hotel or accommodation in the Old Quarter Area between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM.
