Ha Giang - Pac Som Pass - Heaven Gate - Yen Minh - Tham Ma Slope - Hmong King Palace - Overnight in Dong Van

Ha Giang - The tour begins at 8:00 am from our office or with a pick-up from your hotel or bus station in Ha Giang City. The tour guide and driver will provide a safety briefing for riding on the motorbike and outline the detailed itinerary for the 2-day tour. On the first day, the Ha Giang Easy Riders Team will guide you through the most impressive and breathtaking landscapes.

As the team leads you into the mountains and along winding roads, you’ll ascend to Pac Sung Pass, which is over 1000 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll notice a cooler temperature and can stop to enjoy the panoramic view from Pac Sung Pass, capturing photos and savoring coffee at the top.

Quan Ba Heaven Gate - After enjoying the view from Pac Sum Pass, you’ll hop back on the motorbike. Our team will drive through limestone mountains and villages, offering beautiful scenery. You’ll arrive at Heaven Gate, where the landscape is stunning, with a vast and deep valley that will leave you in awe. After taking in the view, our riders will descend into the valley to visit the secret village of Lung Tam, home to the Dao Minority people, where you can visit a local family.

tt. Tam Sơn - Continuing past Quang Ba to the town of Tam Son, you’ll start to see the incredible limestone mountains marking the beginning of the Karst Plateau Geopark. Here, you’ll stop at a viewpoint for lunch, with a chance to admire the beautiful terraced rice paddies.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - After lunch, the journey continues to Dong Van. The Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark is a significant geoheritage site in Vietnam. You’ll see terraced rice fields, limestone rocks, and magnificent views, along with hidden villages in the valley. Experience rural north Vietnamese countryside life as people work the land. Our riders will also take you to the Chinese border and the famous northernmost viewpoint in Vietnam. Before reaching Dong Van town, you’ll visit the residence of the Vuong family, known as the “Hmong King Palace.” The trip continues to Dong Van town, where you’ll stay overnight at a hotel. After dinner, you can explore Dong Van’s ancient town nightlife.

Dong Van Town - Ma Pi Leng Pass - Meo Vac - M Road - Yen Minh - Quang Ba - Ha Giang

Ma Pi Leng Pass - After breakfast at your homestay or hotel, you’ll have the opportunity to ride through the most spectacular landscapes of Ha Giang, including the renowned Ma Pi Leng Pass, where you can see the Nho Que River below. This pass is famous, often considered the most beautiful part of the loop. After the pass, you’ll take another road back to Yen Minh, offering equally stunning landscapes as the first day.

Meo Vac - From Yen Minh, the route leads back to Ha Giang City. Throughout the tour, you’ll encounter different cultures and hill tribes, such as the H’mong tribe in Ha Giang province, known for their distinctive clothing. The journey is filled with stunning views, fascinating countryside, and beautiful cultures, providing an immensely rewarding experience and creating lifelong memories.
