Took us to places we wanted to go and learned a lot - We only had one full day in Dublin- the hop on hop off bus helped us see everything we could pack in. We even had a (necessary )reservation at Guinness which worked out perfectly. And hooking us up with the walking tour was great as well

Worthwhile way to spend the day - I had a day to kill waiting to go home from a business trip so I did this. Storehouse was fine. One of a kind thing so worth the money but I only spent an hour there. Probably should have added one or more premium experiences to make it more worthwhile. Big Bus was good. Lee is a terrific guide. I didn’t even need to go the full route with him but I stayed to hear his bit. Never got tired of his silly way of saying Oscar Wilde. Also appreciated mixing in personal bits with the standard tour fare. Very clear English suitable for all levels of English language learners.

Best experience, ever. - The food and service at the Conrad Hotel. We had an awesome experience at Doheny and Nesbitt pub and restaurant. Great day tour at Guinness with a carriage ride back to the hotel to complete our adventure.

Pure excellence - Just entering the storehouse and experiencing the difference from our last visit 20 years ago. All the staff were so helpful and efficient. A wonderful time and the Guiness at the end in the Gravity Bar was delicious with a drop of cordial in it. Not enough chairs or tables.

Long time between busses - The guides were all great! But the time waiting for busses was more lengthy than the quoted 20 minutes....more like 40. The green bus competition was way more prompt.

Great tour - Bus tour was great, a really good way to see the city and visit the highlights, with lively and entertaining commentary. Unfortunately this was often difficult to hear due to other passengers having loud conversations on mobile phones. The night tour was very enjoyable and was a different route so it was an opportunity to see a different part of Dublin. A special mention to Gabriel in the ticket office in O'Connell Street who helped us to book the night tour and change the time of our Storehouse ticket. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not the fault of the Bus company but the Guinness Storehouse was horribly overcrowded and almost impossible to see some exhibits and no chance of being able to sit down and enjoy the view when drinking the pint of Guinness at the end.

Enormous structure - Let’s face it: Guinness has perfected their product. They have a loyal following. The self guided tour is quite impressive with huge monitors and explanations of their brewing process. It was overly crowded, however, and we struggled to find a place to sit to enjoy our pint. The Guinness family has a long history of giving back to the Dublin community and they should be commended.

Big Bus in Dublin with Ross the tour guide - Ross was our tour guide and he was outstanding! We loved every minute of his tour. The Guineas Storehouae was a big disappointment but that had nothing to do with the tour or Ross. It was a weak version of beer Disneyland. Not at all what we expected or wanted. The actual bus tour was excellent though thanks for Ross!
