One Full Day Longji Rice Terraces Tour (Overnight Stay in Guilin)

Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces - Guests will be picked up from their hotel lobby in Guilin’s city center at 8:30 am to begin the journey to Longsheng. The scenic drive through the mountains will lead to the entrance of the Longji Rice Terraces Scenic Area by approximately 10:30 am. The first stop is at the minority village, Huang Luo Yao Village, to enjoy the Long Hair Show for about 30 minutes. Following the performance, visitors will be taken to the Pingan Rice Terraces for a delightful 2.5-hour hike in the afternoon, where they can admire the stunning views of the rice terraces. These terraces are still actively used by Yao and Zhuang villagers to cultivate high-quality rice. Lunch is flexible and can be taken according to personal preference. The sightseeing at the rice terraces concludes around 4:00 pm, and guests will be returned to their hotel in Guilin by 6:30 pm. In the evening, a leisurely walk around the city’s four lakes with beautiful pagodas and a visit to the Glass Bridge will complete the day, with a transfer back to the hotel.

Li River Cruise (4-Star Boat) Fuli Bridge, Cuiping Hill, and Night Impression Show (Overnight Stay in Yangshuo)

Li River - At 8:30 am, the guide will accompany guests to Zhujiang Pier for a scenic Li River cruise. The cruise offers breathtaking views of towering limestone peaks, clear waters, lush groves, rice paddies, and locals working in the fields. Upon arrival in Yangshuo at about 1:30 pm, guests can explore West Street. At around 2:00 pm, a driver will take them to Fuli Bridge and then back to the hotel. In the evening, guests will enjoy the renowned Impression 3rd Sister Liu Night Show at 7:40 or 9:00 pm, with B1 seat tickets. This grand performance, featuring 700 performers, is held on the banks of the Li River and was directed by Zhang Yimou, the director of the 2008 Beijing Olympics opening ceremony.

Xianggong Hill + Electric Motorcycle: Jiuxian Ancient Village and Moon Hills + Xinping Town and Cormorant Fishing Show

Xianggong Mountain - At around 5:00 am, for those interested in witnessing the sunrise, a driver will transfer guests to Xianggong Hill. Here, they can experience the famous Li River surrounded by spectacular karst scenery and enjoy breathtaking views from the mountain tops. The journey continues with an electric motorcycle ride to Jiuxian Ancient Village, Big Banyan Tree Park, and Moon Hills. Following this, guests will see the fishing show in Xinping Town, known as the cormorant fishing show in Yangshuo. This popular nighttime activity showcases the fascinating cormorant bird, which dives underwater to catch fish for the fisherman. This traditional fishing method has been practiced for over a thousand years in Yangshuo. After sunset, guests will be transferred back to their hotel in Guilin.
