We are not disappointed with the Eco Tour, we are dissatisfied with this website. We were unable to make the proper reservations, so had to make a phone call to NLRA. Then we wanted to cancel our reservations due to the rain storm, and we could not communicate through the website to cancel the reservations. We went to the location of the EcoTour and waited for someone who expected us, and no one showed up. We made another phone call to NLRA and were able to cancel the tour which we never took. Then your website thanked us for going on a tour which we had cancelled on your website. This website does not work for the NLRA and should be corrected. The Hardings

The six of us showed up for the 10 AM tour but the boat did not show up. We were disappointed and frustrated that we could not get through to you by phone or email. The Audobon Center person, Christian Robinson, also was puzzled as he stood there with us waiting for the boat.

Living on the Hebron/Groton line, I was very interested learning a bit more about the lake. Learning there were eagles nested, and seeing the loons was nice. It was interesting, my grandaughter liked the loons, and it was nice to be out on the lake again since its been a while since I canoed. The history of that marion sunken fire boat and pictures was cool.

Enjoyed the tour very much!

While the information provided was wonderful, I was frustrated that our two guides often talked over each other making it difficult to pay attention. Their enthusiasm and volume could be overwhelming. It was a perfect day on the lake, and the boat is well suited to the tour. I was very glad to join this tour!

I’ve been playing on Newfound Lake for 30 years. I learned a lot and have a better appreciation for one of my favorite places. Our captain was very knowledgeable and fun. Thank you for a great experience!

The pontoon boat was much nicer than we expected and so comfortable. The captain and his volunteer were so knowledgeable and obviously love the lake. It was a great experience. One of NH's best kept secrets.
