Upon boarding the bus, a general check-up is conducted, and you receive an immigration form required for entry into Belize. You will travel comfortably for about 2 hours to the Guatemala-Belize border, where a brief stop is made. Here, you will disembark to complete the necessary immigration and customs procedures. These are personal processes, requiring you to present your documentation to legally exit Guatemala and enter Belize.

After these procedures, the journey continues for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to Belize City, where you will switch vehicles for the next segment. From there, you will travel another 2 hours and 30 minutes to the Belize-Mexico border.

Upon leaving Belize, a border tax of $20 USD per person is required (not included in the service price). You will then enter the Mexican immigration point for check-in. Once these procedures are completed, you will reboard the transport for the final part of the journey.

In just 50 more minutes, you will arrive at the charming village of Bacalar, renowned for its stunning Lagoon of Seven Colors. You will be dropped off directly at your hotel (if located in central Bacalar) or at the ADO bus terminal, based on your preference and location.
