The professional driver will pick you up at the exit of arrival hall with your name tab. The Free waiting time is 1 hour for domestic flight and 2 hours for inbound flight after the actual arrival time. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to be provided.

• If you are unable to find the driver, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.

• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
