- Mercado Hidalgo - Immediately we will move towards the beginning of the 20th century, where Porfirio Díaz, the President of Mexico, goes to inaugurate this great building with the aim of being a public market, so many stories occurred from its beginnings to the present day. Join us to learn more about its workers as well as the culinary traditions of our city.
- Plaza de la Paz - Let’s admire this great square, where you can see the sculpture of Rafael Contreras known as “La Paz”, as well as the Collegiate Basilica of Our Lady of Guanajuato, according to your interests we will pay more attention to the Palace of the Powers, or to the house of the Conde Rul, or the Mariana Gallery, among others.
- Guanajuato - This sixth attraction, I consider it more generic, since according to the special interests of the traveler we adapt the tour to alleys with murals, or alleys with views, or special photographic interests, among others.
- Subterránea Miguel Hidalgo - We cannot understand the conformation of the city without going back to the history that its hills and rivers keep, and in particular: the development of the mining industry and the use that was given and has been given in the city of Guanajuato.

Lovely tour of a beautiful city - The history and experience was amazing. Guide led us on a journey through what has defined this beautiful city. She was a pleasure to spend the morning with and we feel steeped in a new culture.

Great tour! - Great tour with Bere, who is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. I learned a lot about the city’s history and appreciated getting to see places I probably wouldn’t have explored on my own. The commentary throughout was insightful and engaging. I do wish we’d had more time to explore Mercado Hidalgo—while the brief walk-through included some interesting context, it would have been nice to see more of the market itself. Overall, a really informative and enjoyable experience.

Terrific tour, great leader. - Susana hosted a splendid tour of Guanajuato. She kept us moving and her calm energy and friendliness made it a great trip. She has terrific knowledge of Guanajuato history and brought along many images showing old vs new look of the city.
I will be back to Guanajuato and would utilize Susana again.

Great tour with a friendly Guanajuato expert! - We had a great walking tour of Guanajuato with Susana! It was just my me and my friend with Susana and she was able to talk to us a lot about the history of Guanajuato and how the city was built up. She led us to some great food spots. It was Holy Thursday so the city center was super crowded so she took us to some other spots around town which we likely wouldn't have explored otherwise and that was great. Her english speaking is perfect and she taught us some new Spanish words.

Fun and informative - We enjoyed our private tour with Susana. We only had one full day and wanted to get the most out of our visit. We learned about the history, architecture and great places to eat. And we enjoyed talking with Susana about life.

Amazing tour of Guanajuato! - Susana is a wonderful person and FANTASTIC tour guide. She spent the morning showing us Guanajuato and we could not have asked for a better tour. Her passion for the city is contagious, and she seems to know half the people in the city! By the end of our time, she felt more like a new friend than a tour guide. Her recommendations helped make the rest of our time in the city so enjoyable. I can’t recommend highly enough!

A great experience - The travel agency we traveled with organizes tours that allow us to learn more about a country's culture, economy, and politics. This agency, in turn, hired Cacomixtle, so we had the wonderful experience of learning more about Guanajuato. Susana and Bere introduced us to a professional and passionate paper artisan, a traditional and deeply rooted potter, and finally, a group of bakers who are cheerful, playful, and deeply attached to their beloved craft: breadmaking. We are grateful for Cacomixtle's logistics and execution of this adventure.

A "must" when in Guanajuato! - Our walking tour of Guanajuato with Susana was a highlight of our stay in Guanajuato. Rather than merely being tourists going to the souvenir markets, we wanted to learn about the city and its people. Susana spent over two hours with us sharing her deep knowledge of Guanajuato’s history and architecture. She took us to out-of-the-way places where we could spend time talking without interference from crowds. She is extremely well-informed about her city, and she had informative responses to our questions. She was also very accommodating. Before the tour, I had to make a couple of changes which she graciously accommodated. After the tour, she made sure that we found a good place for dinner and that we had transportation back to our hotel. For us, it was time and money well-spent.
