Knowledgeable and Fun - I went on this trip with a group of 7 for my birthday. Our tour guide Mainoi was amazing as he was knowledgeable on the animals, plants and overall culture of the area. He was a joy to be around and I would definitely book this excursion again. Thank you!

Fun times! - We had an awesome time! We walked the hanging bridges, ziplined, rode horses, did the mud bath and the hot springs, and lunch was provided. It was a blast. Luis was an excellent tour guide.

Absolutely a MUST DO experience!!! - My husband and I have traveled extensively and always choose at least one excursion during our trip. We had such an amazing time on our first excursion with Rosbin and Mainor, we booked 2 more outings with them. Our first experience included the 7 zip lines. As a person with a pure fear of heights, this was daunting! Rosbin knew that and gave me several options. Once I said I wanted to conquer my fears, Mainor followed behind me to make sure I was “ok” (mentally!). We then rode horses (my husband’s fear), walked the suspension bridges over the rainforest (major fear!), ate an amazing, authentic lunch, and closed out the day with volcanic mud bathes and hot springs! I can’t imagine a better day…until we went two more times with them!!

Best Day Ever - The zip line, waterslide, and hot springs were magical. Everyone at this facility was so helpful, but Rosbyn’s keen eye for animals and insects was the cherry on top!

Awesome Tour! - This was an amazing tour. You get the opportunity to do a lot of activities in one day. Just be prepared for a lot of hiking. Our tour guide, Mainor, from Seven Sense Costa Rica, was a friendly, knowledgeable guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. He was very patient with all of our questions. Would definitely book a tour with him again.

Great fun and experience! - My husband and I went on this trip while on our honeymoon in June. We had the most AMAZING time and experience with Rosbin as our guide. He was full of information, he was incredibly kind and made our tour that much better! We had a blast horse back riding, zip lining, hiking, getting a mud bath, enjoying the hot springs and learning some Costa Rican history. If you are looking for a great way to spend a day on your vacation I 100% recommend this! Thanks Rosbin for such a wonderful unforgettable time!

Pura Vida - Our group had such a wonderful day with Rosbin and Mainor!!! They picked us up right on time, made sure we had our morning coffee and off we went. All day we had great conversations, laughed a ton and enjoyed learning about the history of the region while we ziplined and sped down the water slide through the jungle. After capturing lots of photos for our group and making sure we were hydrated and comfortable, we enjoyed a nice ride back to town with plenty of time for questions and got to build great relationships. On 12/8 we booked this... - On 12/8 we booked this excursion with a group of people 2 separate bookings. One with the review below Jillisa C & then mine with a total of 3 people. We received a call from the host stating he could not accommodate our reservation because there wasn’t enough people going and our location was too far. He then told Viator we booked last minute which if the date and time should not be available / be an option to book/ the host calendar should be closed out! Like other host on Viator have cut off times for booking! Our location was also a pick up option / check point , that the host then said was too far and he did not have enough of us going to take us on the trip as it was 3 hours away from us! The minimum amount of people required to book was 2, we booked 2 seperate groups with a total of 5 people. We asked the host for a refund since he was cancelling in which he then HUNG UP the phone and told us to call viator. His story remains inconsistent. The representatives on Viator were also very rude we spoke too and hung up on us twice and also only offered a half refund . They immediately sided with the host said. We never received the services / excursion and THE HOST CANCELLED not us! He is scamming people for there money! Do not book!! I am disputing through my bank. I have booked with Viator on several occasions and am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by Viator! Unacceptable!

DO NOT BOOK - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS GROUP !!! I received a phone call from this tour operator the night before our excursion. Stating that he could not pick me and additional person up, because it was only 2 people and the distance to pick us up was too far. So I said that was fine and I would just take the refund. Now the tour operator is not answering Viator so I can received a refund and Viator is now giving me a hard time processing a refund when I informed them about this situation. Mind you another group had the same issue and received their refund.

NEVER AGAIN - The tour was going very well initially, we did the hanging bridges which was amazing but things went downhill before to long. There were several other issues but the main problem started during the waterfall section of the tour. We were disappointed that the waterfall was extremely small, it looked like 2 people were pouring cups of water from the rocks. When I brought this up to the tour conductor he left the area while we were not looking and we had to find our way out of the waterfall area. Once we got to the main road we had to search for him and ask another tour operator to locate him. He came walking up without any apologies or explanation as to why he left us. Once I expressed my displeasure with what was taking place he was extremely rude to me and walked away again. He said that "people like you" act as if you need an elevator to get around. My friend was keeping up with him but I was a little behind. It was extremely rude and insensitive for him to say something like that to me. Even before I got to Costa Rica I emailed the tour company to let them know that I had knee issues and I would be slow when navigating certain areas. I checked in advance to ensure that this tour was one that I could maneuver physically. All in all, it was the worst tour I have ever been on, not because of Costa Rica which is beautiful but because of a rude and nasty tour operator.
