This was a history tour, not food focused - Our guide was super knowledgeable and nice but that’s where the issue is…I’ve done walking food tours in every major city we visit and usually the tours go to 4-5 different restaurants or food stands to try authentic foods of the area, then they would share history & facts as you walk to the next stop or even while eating. This tour was not food focused, we stopped at one small restaurant and had our choice of tacos. Now if this was one of the food stops, then ok but it was the only real food stop, but we stopped for ice cream which qualifies for a second stop but for $79 each, which is what I expect to pay for a walking food tour but I expected more from it! It was more of a 2+ hour history lesson standing stationary for the most part…I’m feet were killing me!
