Amazing Experience!!! - If you want to learn the rich and interesting history of El Pulque, this tour is for you! Fernando is a wealth of information regarding the creation and process of this delicious beverage. He shared several incarnations of this drink (that is extracted from a certain species of agave). El Pulque can be mixed with many different fruit juices or simply alone. You are given a menu from which you can choose which one appeals to you the most. The place where we met is located in a hip area where there are many attractions and the place is filled with art and had a relaxed, casual atmosphere. We were served a delicious guacamole and other snacks. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond with recommendations and knowledge of Guadalajara. The experience is only 1 1/2 - 2 hours but he perfectly balanced the experience with education and enjoyment of this delicious and healthy elixir. Do not miss this unique and amazing experience!
