Late September Kayaking - We were the only two on the tour, so essentially a private kayak paddle around Kirkjufell. Our guide/owner was great and we had the best weather of the week.

Kayaking in Grundarfjordur - Kayaking in Grundarfjordur was one of the most breathtakingly beautiful places I’ve ever been. Our guide, Gardar, was exceptional. He allowed all different level of kayakers to proceed at their own pace. He provided interesting commentary about the bay and the surrounding mountains. This truly exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend it. We were cosy warm and dry in our dry suits and the kayaks had very comfortable back supports.

Great experience! - This was an amazing experience! I am not an experienced kayaker, but they have suits that protect you from getting too wet, the kayaks are very stable, and the fjord where we kayaked was very calm! It was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely do it again! The guides are very friendly, and even gave us hot chocolate at the end! It was within walking distance from the cruise port, and very easy to find!

Great guide and seal encounter! - We really enjoyed our kayaking tour of the bay. The views were amazing and our guide made the trip special. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had not done much kayaking before and he made it seem easy and relaxing. We got to enjoy a close encounter with a seal. Very special afternoon. Go and Enjoy!!!

A Fantastic Adventure - Thank you! - This was a fantastic excursion we booked as part of a trip around the ring road. Although it was a rainy day at first, we had an amazing time and this was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Not only was our guide very friendly and professional, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and history, and was a pleasure to talk to. The dry suits and kayaks were of excellent condition, and of course the scenery is just jaw dropping. The tour finished with surprisingly one of the best hot chocolates we'd ever had, which was a great bonus, and some brilliant local insights into where else we should visit in the area. We could not recommend this more highly, thank you!

Amazing - We loved this excursion. Very clear directions how to get there and out hosts were just amazing. Beautiful scenery and wild life and wrapped it up with amazing hot chocolate and cookies. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommended :) - We had such a great time on this tour. Our guide Leia was super nice and told us all about the wildlife as we kayaked. We had perfect weather and saw a puffin and a seal during our tour.

Beautiful views and smooth seas - We had a great time this morning, enjoying the beautiful scenery and smooth seas for our kayaking adventure. The dry suit and other equipment were in great condition, the kayaks were comfortable, and our guide Lea was excellent. She gave us a brief demonstration before we embarked the kayaks and she was attentive and friendly through the whole thing. Having a small group (4 people) made it easy to take breaks and sightsee more easily

Kayaking on the bay - All the gear worked, great dry suits kept us warm and dry. Fantastic backdrop and paddling scenery. We were abely supported by our paddling guide with hot chocolate to finish.
