Fly fishing the Tuolumne. - We went on a full day fly fishing trip . The entire experience, from booking to the actual trip was nothing short of first class. Our guide Bryant and all the staff at the store are awesome. All equipment provided was of high quality and in excellent condition. This was our first venture into fly fishing and we thourghly enjoyed it. I highly recommend Echo Adventure and look forward to my next adventure with them. We also added the optional lunch which was very good. I recommend checking out the store and meeting Elizabeth and the rest of the staff. They are very helpful and the store has some very nice gear. Their trip prices are as good as you will find, and you will not be disappointed with the experience.

Fly fishing in the sierras. - The whole experience was breathtaking. The guide was super informative. We were catching fish on the Tuolumne. I used some of my own gear with personally curated flies from Echo. It was a lot of fun and I learnt a whole lot. Definitely going back.

A great fly fishing experience - I went with Bryant to fish the Tuolumne river. It was fantastic. Bryant is super knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. He helped refine my casting technique and we landed some great fish. Lovely lunch as well. I had a fantastic day.

Dillion is an amazing guide - I have been fly fishing since I was ten. The vast majority of it salt water in the flats. I have experience in trout/salmon and during a trip this month I wanted a new adventure. I booked a half-day private guide with this outfit at a very reasonable rate. Dillion picked me up at 6:15am and after a chat about what I wanted to do, we ended up targeting wild brook trout in Yosemite in a very small but beautiful creek. It was about a 1.5 mile hike into the area. It was challenging, but once at our first spot, I was in heaven with the surroundings. The watershed was no wider than a car hood and posed a great challenge in each spot. That is what I wanted. An adventure in and a new type of fishing. Dillion was fantastic, knowledgeable, and provided feedback and helpful tips to improve this type of fly fishing. In all, I caught eight brookies and had hits on numerous more. I would highly recommend Dillion to anyone wanting to fly fish, expert or beginner. He is a great one.

Fly fishing the Tuolumne. - I have been on several guided fly fishing trips now with Echo Adventures including my first venture into the sport. I have learned alot thanks to the excellent coaching from guides Bryant and Dillon. The entire team is very friendly and knowledgeable. A top notch and very memorable experience every time I have dealt with them and highly recommend them for all of your fishing, hiking as well as all of the other excursions that they have to offer.

Fly fishing in yosemite - Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and fly fishing. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back. This is a great adventure for people who enjoy the outdoors.

Highly recommend! A must for any angler! - This was such an amazing experience. The guides were extremely knowledgeable on fly fishing and on where to fish in the area. I was a beginner angler and learned so much about fly fishing, the guides really accommodate for different skill levels and the angler’s fishing interests. Everything about the business is so wholesome and the people are really nice! If I could rate this experience at 50 stars I would! If I come back to the area the first thing am going to do is book with Echo again!

Stunning Experience and Amazing Day - I went out with Echo (Bryant) in late August and had an amazing time. It was the first time fly fishing for me and it totally surpassed my expectations. The nature around Yosemite, Stanislaus Forest and the Tuolumne River was the perfect setting, and the “adventure” that Bryant took me on was the perfect compliment. I was picked up at my accommodation and given the choice between several locations, we quickly agreed on a hike + fish tour into a more remote and wild area with good potential for unique trophy fish. We hiked and fished an stunning, clear turquoise river with fish constantly rising. Even though I was a beginner, Bryant got me fishing immediately taking me through step-by-step along the way – very calm, patient and humorous Bryant quickly got me to an acceptable level, I would say ;-). His passion and expertise for fly fishing and absolute customer commitment are exemplary. It was the perfect mix of teaching and giving me time to indulge in this unique experience. I had several hits and almost “netted” one big trout (same for Bryant but of course he actually netted them). In the end, his and my passion got us into severe overtime with some complimentary night fishing – thank you very much, Echo and Bryant, for a perfect day of fly-fishing! BTW: equipment (pro rods and gear!), safety measures, and communication all was perfectly organized – totally hassle free, easy, and secure feeling for me all along!
