Regarded as the loveliest in Portugal, the Alentejo Coast, our destination, offers sprawling sandy beaches and a stunning river estuary. The area houses the significant Sado Nature Reserve, which even boasts a local dolphin population.

Our journey begins from Cascais at 8 am, heading towards the Comporta beach. A brief pause for coffee is planned en route and once we arrive at Comporta, you have a few hours to relish the beach, the sea, and a refreshment at the local beach bar.

We include a visit to the Sado Estuary and the renowned ‘Cais Palafitico’. This region is also recognized for rice cultivation and salt production.

Post a lunch break, we plan to explore the historical town of Alcacer do Sal and the fishing village of Setubal.

Departures are scheduled from Cascais, Sintra, Lisbon, or Oeiras at 8 am to maximize the day’s enjoyment.

Note: We do not cover monument fees and lunch costs, however, a small snack will be provided.
