Nestled within the verdant hills of Tuscan Maremma, amidst vistas stretching towards the Tyrrhenian Sea, Tenuta Fertuna is set amid a backdrop of its flourishing vineyards.
Conceived with an unwavering reverence to nature and the environment, this estate was acquired in 1997 spread over 145 hectares, 50 of which are dedicated to vineyards and an additional 10 hectares are set aside for olive groves.
Blessed with soil generously infused with Galestro (schist rock) and Alberese (calcareous substrate) along with unspoiled, fertile natural surroundings, a typical Mediterranean climate influenced by the sea, and a good diurnal temperature variation, Maremma is a terroir distinctly suited for viticulture.
