Nice experience and saved our Cappadocia stay! - Golden Cappadocia Travel saved our plans during our stay in Cappadocia. Due to weather conditions, we were unable to ride the hot air balloon. However, Ahmet Celal was very helpful and spent literally hours trying to figure out our days. He went above and beyond to try to get us 1st flight onto another hot air balloon location. Additionally, helped us book the red tour in Spanish so my mom could understand - Sibel the guide was the coolest and most fun guide! Through Ahmet, we were also able to get the ATV tour scheduled - this one was also super fun and we highly recommend it! All and all it was easy and fun to work with them, they even tried to share their food with us, they gave us water during the tour, and they also offered Apple Tea ( a must-have during your visit)! If you encounter issues where you are unable to fly, they also worked nicely with us for the refund without hassle. About the red tour - fun but long so be prepared! By the end of it, you do not want to walk anymore. Lunch is included and it is a good lunch with a buffet full of options (unless you are vegan). They include visits to random places like carpet making and ceramics which are okay, the bad part is that they will try to sell you stuff. Did not enjoy this much, but it was interesting to learn how so many generations have kept those businesses afloat! Terrible - Absolutely awful service. Shuttle to collect us from hotel to go to airport cancelled 20 minutes after pickup time. Told me to get a taxi and send a receipt to them. I done exactly that and have been completely ignored. Still not received refund!

Avoid booking these, it's a scam - Didn't turn up to collect up from the airport and didn't turn up today to bring us to the airport despite it being confirmed. They never answered the phone or emails. Scam company. Avoid.

They provide misleading information - Our tour guide made no effort in communicating to us. Do not travel with this company, as they will provide you misleading information.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE - I would not recommend to use this travel agency services, as they focus more on trying to get the most money from their customer than increasing customer experience.

STAY AWAAAY - i booked a private airport transfer (mercedes viano) from IST airport to my hotel for my wife and i, we arrived on time, got our bags and went to the meeting point, there was a man holdiong a sign and asked us to wait, we waited for 10 minutes for others to come and then we went to a lower level to wait for the car, 10 minutes later the car arrived but it was given to the family who came after us.. another 15 minutes a huge (12 seater) arrived and we were told its our transport. we got in and were under the impression that the driver knows where he was going as we provided the address when we booked. the driver was really slow.. in the airport area he was driving 20km at the highway he was driving 60 and insisting its the speed limit although i can read the signs clearly saying 90 for van/bus.. i asked him to speed up as i dont want to spend half the day on the way but he refused, i asked him to call the company and he refused and lucky for him my phone had no reception to call the company myself when we approached the city he asked about the hotel name and address so i gave it to him and located it on google maps however he didnt follow the GPS and kept calling people and asking pedestrains for directions. the hotel is in Sultanahmet area which has narrow streets and packed traffic jam so it was hard to drive there and he kept on ignoring the GPS until i jumped in the front seat and made him follow the GPS yet he was trying not to follow that. a 50-60 minutes drive turned to almost 2 hours , half an hour just crircling around the hotel block. i contacted customer service to let them know about it and they offered 10% on the next trip... as if i would do that... i paid 35$ for a 20$ ride to have a peace of mind and to get to the hotel hassle free but this company ruined it

Do not use this company - I booked a van (big taxi) from Istanbul Aeroport to Kadikoy for my family we were 8 people . I contacted the driver just after the landing and I asked him to wait. As the airport was crowded he went and left the airport after 15 minutes. I contacted the agency they just said find another solution we can not help you. Avoid this agency.

Bunch of thieves!!!!!! - Bunch of thieves!!!! I booked this agency for a transfer from Istanbul to Bursa. The driver made me pay for the toll even though I had pre paid. When I called head officr they were extremely rude and cut the call. The driver also smoked in the car even though we have young children.

Unprofessional company - This company is very bad. We have been waiting for the pick up for almost one hour. The driver took his time because we were waiting for other people to come from a different flight. Imagine your babyboy waiting in the parking for almost an hour. I have paid to have this car for us, not to share. I have asked for a baby seat, of course nothing was arranged. Plus the driver doesn't understand English. We ask him to put A/C because our 15 months old baby is sweating. He just put ventilation. While driving, the driver kept looking on his phone. The best part was when my wife has found an used mask on the seat. When I have written to the company they didn't even apologize, they just say let me check no apologies nothing. I'll never book anything from this company be sure of that

Terrible - We booked with golden cappadocia travel for a taxi from the airport to our hotel. We arrived at 10:20 and were at 10:40 at the terminal 13, waited for the driver for 25 mins and no one came so we took another taxi the the hotel. So we paid online for the ride and nobody came. Not professional at all!
