Aidan’s amazing anarchic tour - I can only really repeat what everyone else has said. This tour is absolutely brilliant. If you can’t get on with Aidan, there’s something wrong with you. He’ll have you in stitches with his storytelling and irreverent humour. This isn’t just a Joe strummer/clash walk which he is an absolute expert of. You’ll learn so much about the history of Notting Hill in Aidan’s lifetime and before. I loved hearing about the stories and history of the Irish and West Indian communities here. This is the best £ you will spend in London. Can’t wait to do another one, absolutely fantastic bloke and tour. Andy and Kate

London still Calling - If you are a Clash fan, you should definitely participate! Aiden is the best guide. I wasn't confident in listening to English, but Aiden showed us pictures of the tablet and talked to us at that place, so it helped me to understand.

A must for any Clash fan - Have loved the Clash since the first album and rank the time I was lucky enough to see them, in 1980, as by far my favourite ever gig. I have therefore long wanted to take the "Strummerwalk" around the West London haunts of The Clash. It was with anticipation therefore that my daughter and I met with our guide, Aiden, at Ladbroke Grove tube station. We were lucky to be the only attendees and it was very relaxed and chatty throughout. Aiden is a local, very engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about the subject. We were shown various pubs, squats, iconic photo locations, augmented by local colour and stories. Majoring on The Clash, we got a lot of additional information about the 101ers and various peripheral characters. It was also fascinating to hear how the area had changed over the years. All in all a fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable walk, and one that I would recommend for any Clash fan

Walk out to Winter - What better way to spend a baltic Saturday afternoon in London. Aidan is a superb host / guide and whilst all four of us are fans of The Clash the walk was as much about the social history of the barrio as it was about the only band that ever mattered. Aidan knows the area well having grown up there. The tour was full of stories about heroes ( The Clash, Mick Lynch) and villains ( George Osbourne, Kelvin Mackenzie and Cameron’s bike!!) and in between we had a good discussion about the Irish and West Indian communities in the 60s / 70s, the policing policy of the time, music venues that are no longer going and the gentrification of the neighbourhood. All finished off with a pint in Annie’s bar. Slainte!!

History of Joe & a changing West London - Comprehensive, lively and also funny tour around West London. You get a lot of history about the The Clash, Joe and the 101ers. But also about other musicians and places in the area and the social background back then. Aidan grew up there, so he brings in personal memories too. Highly recommened!

Excellent Walkabout in Joe Strummer's Musical Neighborhood - Aidan was a wonderful and extremely insightful guide, taking us through the community in which Joe Strummer came up with amazing detail. An incredible journey back in time with someone who was there. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
