My travel highlight - The tour was very organized from start to finish. We got to the Warner Bros. Studios on time and the experience was amazing! Even while traveling solo I was able to make the most of my time here. A MUST for Harry Potter fans! Make sure you book early!

Great tour and good value - Highly recommending seeing this - this was amazing!! You really felt like you were apart of the movie set, even for non-harry potter fans i think this would still be interesting and cool to see. I am a huge fan so i am bias but it was an unreal tour and actually the biggest highlight of my trip to London!! I'll be back for some butterbeer yum!

Relaxing, comfortable journey to an amazing place - We booked a slot for 9am with an arrival time of 8.45am. We arrived about 8.30.and there were a few people ahead of us. Just as the operator arrived he asked the queue to move to the other side and of course some other groups from behind and ones who had just arrived jumped to the front of the line only to discover they didn't have the correct tickets. Either had a later slot or had booked a different tour. When that confusion was sorted we got on board a very comfortable coach and had a smooth journey to the studios. We got dropped off close by the entrance. It was explained just to return to same stop for return and we were given wristbands. We had arrived early for our tour slot of 11am which allowed us time to browse gift store and get something to eat all while it was quiet. I would definitely recommend an early tour as when we were leaving it was so busy. Our return journey was at 3pm. We were mindful of time while we were doing the tour. We did not rush anything, saw all we wanted, had time to but gifts and try butterbeer and got plenty of photos and videos. We took some photos of outside, returned to the stop and had a comfortable return journey back to London. I would recommend using this company

Would do again - Inside the bus was a bit too warm for me but all in all a good trip to and from the studio. Bus should have towels on board during the rainy days. A wheelchair slid and the gentleman was hurt.

It eas good, but I would much prefer more flexibility over running through the studio's to catch the return ride - Amazing trip. However, the bus ride? It was OK. Definitely. But nothing special. You watch the Harry Potter movie in the bus in terribly poor quality and only the movie that happens to be running. On the way back they didn't even play the movie. The Studio tour itself is obviously amazing, but you're really on the clock to catch the return bus... you really, really funny hebt enough time to properly see everything which is kind of a bummer...

Studio was great, transport needs to improve - We booked the Harry Potter studio entry tickets separately, and then booked the Return transport via Golden Tours. While the studio experience is great, we could not do full justice to it as we had a fixed return time ticket from the studio back to Central London via Golden Tours. So it was quite a mad rush. The bus by itself is purely functional to get you from point A to point B with some degree of comfort. They played the Harry Potter movie on the way, but it was of very poor quality (both visual and sounds). Half way through, the movie stopped playing altogether. For the return journey, we could only hear the dialogues but faced a blank screen. To give you more time at the studio and save on transport costs, you could consider looking for alternative modes of arriving at the studio (eg via Watford Junction).

Expensive - Very expensive overall, the single ticket costs much less, the difference is not worth the transport. Headphones provided without interest, since none of the buses had a working screen.

Take the train - My daughter came down with strep throat the night before the tour. She was quite ill and ended up in emergency. I called customer service and asked to change the date of our tour. I didn’t want a refund…just a date change. They refused. So I had to leave one child behind. And I paid for three tickets, but upon finding out I wouldn’t be taking one child, they took the last ticket away. My guess was so they could sell it, even though I had paid for it. Awful business practice.

Great tour at WB London but Viator communication sucks - The tour at the studio was fantastic, but the transportation and directions for pick up (if you choose to add transportation) provided by Viator were horrific. We went to the spot designated in our email, leaving early to ensure we had time. We finally found the bus stop and were told we were at the wrong train station entirely. We were told to then go to a different train station only to arrive to be told by a company official to go somewhere else and then arriving to no directional detail and not found on our google map. It was horrible; we missed the “provided transportation”, we were late to the studio and arrived for the very last tour exhausted and incredibly frustrated. Find your own way to the studio and go directly to Golden Tours to buy tickets and transportation. Viator screwed us over.

Not enough time to have a good experience - I paid over €360 for 2 adults and 1 child. They gave us a ticket with a timeslot, entry was between 4.00 - 4.30 pm and the bus would return at 7.45 pm. That is way too little time to experience the Harry Potter studio’s. We didn’t even had time to eat and had to rush everything. It’s more expensive than Disneyland and there you have more time to spend than a little over 3 hours. I don’t understand why golden tours is the official partner of Harry Potter studio’s. This is a rip off. Don’t book golden tours, choose something else that gives you more time than 3 hours to experience the Harry Potter studio’s. If I would have known this, I would take a taxi from central London and back so I could have all the time to enjoy it for the same price. Harry Potter studio’s is great but you need more time than 3 hours and golden tours does not offer it.
