Great experience with... - Great experience with amazing views of the city and main features/sights. The ship captain was entertaining and provided interesting information about the city. The boat also stopped near Tower Bridge for a while for everyone to take pictures. 5/5 for sure

Brilliant customer service - My friend had booked a river sightseeing trip with another company, but unfortunately had not redeemed the voucher so we were unable to book for that day. We tried to redeem online, but the Internet was very poor so we went to the next cubicle which was Thames River sightseeing. The two ladies were really helpful in there and actually went back to our original company and managed to secure a booking on one of their trips. In future, we would definitely use Thames River Sightseeing over any other company.

Relaxing way to see the sights - We had a fun time on this river cruise. We were especially grateful when we ended up at the wrong pier but they came and got us anyways. We weren't the only people who made the mistake, they picked up another couple at a different pier after us. It was a fun and relaxing way to spend some time

Thames River Cruise - Really good value and a great way to see everything from the river on a sunny day. Recommend wrapping up if it's cold as it got very windy. Fantastic photos at the bridge at the end.

Interesting commentary - The commentary on the boat was excellent. It was very informative and numerous, we learned quite a lot.

Horrible - It was not made clear when to actually get there we got there for 3pm and was not allowed to get on and therfore did not experience this tour at all
