High Tea at Kensington gardens is a “must do” in London - Our high tea and tour through Kensington garden was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our tour guide Doug was fantastic! He was very personable and very knowledgeable on the history of the gardens. He pointed out significant landmarks with detailed explanations about them. He was very patient and allowed us plenty of time to take photos. After touring the gardens we enjoyed high tea. The tea, sandwiches and desserts were delicious and again our tour guide Doug did a wonderful job going over the history of how high tea was started. This two hour tour went by so fast and was one the most enjoyable part of our time in London. I would definitely recommend the tour and Doug as your guide!

High Tea - Our guide Astrid was wonderful. We spent about an hour walking through the gardens hearing stories and history before having tea in a pavilion next to Kensington Palace.

Leisurely teatime nonexistent - Touring the gardens with Dee was a wonderful re-creation in the history of the gardens. Her friendly style was easy to understand and enjoy. I so looked forward to the high tea at the pavilion, but disappointment set in. I was told I had to finish in one hour because the pavilion needed to close due to Prince William being at the palace. The leisurely teatime was nonexistent. I barely had time to finish my pot of tea. A takeaway box thankfully let me take most of the luscious selections with me. Could not my tour been rescheduled an hour earlier? .

Very good but not a must do - We walked the free gardens which I thought was strang but Dee our guide was very good at making it come alive. The tea was good and my partner really enjoyed it as it was his first. I thought it a bit pricy for what ot was. We walked the garden in 1 hr. The guide left after explaining menu and tea service.
