Fab trip - Recently been on this trip and it was fantastic. We were a group of 7 ladies celebrating a 50th Birthday. Had such a great night. Weather was perfect and such good value for money. Fantastic night had by all.

Brilliant fun night out. - Brilliant event, the only downside was that the boat didn’t leave on time and my friend and i missed our last train so had to go via a different route meaning we didn’t get home until 2.30am, but it was worth it. We had a really good night. Highly recommend and despite the nightmare getting home we would go again.

Definitely something else - Celebrating something special or just something different to do over the weekend! You can't miss this one. Soooo much fun and laughter! The only minus is that it's too crawled. We had no chance to go on the top as too many people. Still enjoyed it anyway.

Rethink your boat rules - Honestly it was very fun. The reason for the one star is the incredibly irritating rules of the boat which absolutely do not make sense, they completely took the fun out of this very fun experience. I am completely aware that in order to operate a boat with people who are dancing and consuming alcohol, many measures must take place to ensure safety, however, closing the upper deck 45 minutes before docking, and forcing everyone to be in a completely tight space is actually more dangerous. When asked why we were being moved, concerned that we don’t even fit into the lower deck the staff rudely said “because I said so and I don’t need to explain to you why”. This is one example.

Customer service is the worst we've met - I’m sorry to say that it didn’t meet our expectations, and we were quite disappointed with it. Customer service is the worst. You feel aggression from them.
