⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Sophie from walks tours was SUPERB!!! Her breadth and depth of knowledge and moving the group flawlessly from one iconic place to another was seamless. Seeing the changing of the guards in the best way possible as she knows exactly where to go and when to see them as closely and clearly as possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful Morning Walking Through the Royal Palaces - Sue is a charming and informative guide, sharing fascinating history and stories about the Royals and their nearby palaces. Strolling through St. James' Park is just gorgeous (the sunshine helped lol). Sue led us to a perfect spot to see the Guard parade down the Mall and a great little shortcut to get us to another viewing area by Wellington Barracks to see the new Guards coming in. So great! The Royal Mews is also very interesting -- a working Mews with the carriages and cars we are all used to seeing in the Royal Weddings and Coronations. Truly brings history to life!

WALK INTO ANOTHER WORLD float on a cloud and love it - First time to London! We WALKED INTO ANOTHER WORLD floating on a cloud ... still on this great planet and loved it. Only in period piece series do you see such monumental structures. I took lots of photos with our friends for my private collection.

Incisive and memorable tour - This was a tour which took us through the St James area as well as linking with the state rooms walkthrough in Buckingham Palace. Both aspects of the tour were excellent and our guide enhanced our experience through his interesting and often amusing vignettes. The st Janes area tour gave us insight into the comings and goings of the important families over the years and some of the background as to the reasons for the comings and goings! The Palace walk through was outstanding - the rooms are breathtaking and are kept in outstanding condition and in my view exceed most other great palaces in Europe. Excellent value for money!

Fantastic family day out - We took our children age 7&6 and my husbands parents and purchased the Royal day out trip. Worth checking when the changing of the guards is on, as we booked at 11 and it was heaving with people who were there to watch the changing of the guard. This delayed our first visit as police shut the roads and lots of foreign tourists were not taking direction from the police. We started at the kings Gallery which was lovely, interesting, but we didn’t stay too long as kids weren’t too gripped. We then went to the Royal Mews , greeted by a guided tour guide called Debbie. Her tour was AMAZING, she was so knowledgable, funny and had us all captivated from 6-68 years old!! She deserves a big bonus- what a credit to the Buckingham palace staff. We concluded with the staterooms and gardens- absolutely fascinating and breathtaking. The garden cafe, and icecream shop were reasonably priced. Toilet facilities were more frequent than advertised. We brought a picnic with us and ate it on the green opposite BP in between kings gallery and the Royal Mews. Highly recommend- was a gorgeous day out. Well done Debbie for being our highlight!! 5*

Good overview, fascinating tour. - The Palace interior is worth seeing, even if you have toured other european palaces. The incorrect and conflicting Viator instructions caused some of the tour members to miss the walking tour. That was poorly done by Viator. Peter was a pleasant and knowledgable guide.

Really sad day for us - Sadly after walking and searching for our meet up spot. AND multiple calls and significant effort trying to locate our tour guide. We missed the whole thing!!
