Experience the pinnacle of London’s regal attractions on a 4-hour walk. Start your journey with a pre-scheduled visit to the notorious Tower of London, witness its opening ceremony, and marvel at the Crown Jewels. After that, enrich your experience with a 30-minute boat ride on the Thames River, followed by the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace or Horse Guards Parade. Conclude your tour outside the palace, where you’ll gain insights into Queen Elizabeth II and the chronicles of the British Royal Family.
- Please note that there will be no guiding inside the Jewel House and White Tower at the Tower of London as this is forbidden by the venue.
- The Changing of the Guard is subject to changes in date, time and cancellation at the discretion of British authorities. Cancellation due to bad weather or other circumstances is not announced before the morning of the ceremony. When this occurs, you will be provided with a walking tour of Westminster city instead.
- Please note that the changing of the guard schedule may change and on different dates we will see either Foot Guards or Horse Guards.
- Please note that the Changing of the Guards ceremony is not included if your tour departs from 9am onwards. On these days, you will be provided with a walking tour of Westminster city instead.Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with ‘Skip the Line’ access.

Great start to a London Trip - David was our tour guide. We chose the opening ceremony tour. The opening ceremony was need to see, plus they got you in to see the Crown jewels before anybody else. With only an hour to tour the Tower of London, it can be pretty rushed to see everything you want to, but our guide told us to see the Crown jewels and the White Tower. Then we took the boat ride down to Westminster Abbey. They were not doing the changing of the guards because of the weather so we got a tour around the Abbey and Buckingham Palace instead. David did a great job making sure everybody was able to keep up. The walking pace was not too fast, but there was plenty of walking . Would definitely recommend.

David is the best!! - Very on time and punctual tour which we really appreciated. David was the best and funniest tour guide we had for all our tours planned in London! Highly recommend this tour and specifically with David, he was fantastic!

Must Sees in London - Tour guide was fantastic....very informative and also funny...Great stories. Tower of London is a must see. Also really enjoyed walking around Westminster....so much to see. Covered alot of ground for a half day tour. Well worth it.

Best way to have fun, and see London's sites - Our tour was awesome! Our guide, Mark, made the whole experience. He was very informative, but not dry and boring. He made everything so interesting with his wit and extra tidbits. He was very engaging, and involved everyone in the group. We say all of the sites noted on the tour, and he pointed things out and told stories of other things as we were walking. Just a caution, it is a lot walking, so be prepared. But we'll worth it!!

Great Value - Great tour. Really good balance of price, convenience, and things to see. Isabella was an absolute treat. She brought a really fun energy to the group. Happily answered all our questions and gave recommendations. We have done a bunch of tours and this is the first time we finished with everyone we started with—well done Isabelle for keeping us all together!

An enjoyable tour to Tower of London - The tour of Tower of London by City Wonder tour guide Linda was informative and fun. Without a tour, it would be harder to appreciate what a treasure the place is. The crown jewels did not disappoint. The rest of the tour was equally good. Thanks to Linda for a memorable tour.

Great guide! - Tour guide (forgot his name - been almost 2 weeks - May 8th - 8:45 am tour) was top notch! Observations of other guides from other companies proved to us how very good he is! Wish I could give his name so he gets credit.
As for tour itself - Tower of London was as expected and walk up to Buckingham palace informative.

Excellent Tour - We really enjoyed our tour! The guide was excellent and provided a great tour of the famous London sites. The changing of the guard and opportunity to beat the rush seeing the Crown Jewels made the cost of the tour well worth it! These are must see events when in London. Highly recommend to anyone and we look forward to doing the tour again sometime in the future.
