The photographer will be outside the Southbank Centre point waiting for you, just a 3-minute walk from the London Eye. They will be easily recognisable as they will be wearing a purple cap, or a big purple lanyard with a logo.

London eye very good experience - We wanted at first having this photoshoot at the London Eye but tickets were not included. As a compensation we had amazing pics as memories
I recommend in the future to have tickets entry included !

Great experience! - Such a pleasant experience. I was traveling alone and it was nice to capture the Eye of London, Big Bend, etc. The photographer was very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend. Great price too!

Nice photoshoot even on a very rainy day! - Jordi did a great job navigating photos through an especially wet and rainy day. 5 stars to Jordi but 3 stars to Smiler (the tour operator) as the map location and coordinates are completely off. We arrived very early but then ended up late to the shoot as we were waiting at the wrong location. Luckily Jordi did not have any shoots after us.

Definitely recommend! - It was our first time to London and we had a great time! The photographer managed to find a secluded, private spot for us to have a couples photo shoot in front of the London Eye. Really happy with the photos! Can't wait to return to London again!

If you Plan Something BIG.. Have a secondary option.. - Got a Call midday for our 9:15pm Photo Shoot at the London Eye. Getting a the 7:15pm confirm time, as I corrected her and said our shoot is at 9:15pm and we have Dinner reservations. I then get constantly asked if I can change the time because "her" Contractors are not available even though the site allowed me to pic the time slots. Yet I prepaid and traveled across the pond. After reminding her that THIS IS NOT AN OPTION. She then ask if I can schedule for another day. Sounding more and more like her CONTRACTORS wanted to Enjoy London Like we did.
Waste of time but my wife and I as well as another couple setup for this multi person shoot made the best of it.. USE CAUTION
