Just the best... - This escape room was most definitely next level. Just amazing. Totally loved every minute of it! So much fun. Murat was such a great game master, with great clues when needed. We made it out with time to spare - so proud of us! Will definitely be back to do other rooms. Am telling everyone about it...

A good escape room experience! - This was our second escape room of the day, so it may have been unfair to judge these guys as we'd done a VR escape room prior which was excellent. It was a little tricky to find this place as it looked to be in a housing estate but once we got there, the member of staff was very good/she was detailed in the briefing and ensured we were ready. The room itself felt a little dated but not sure if that was the theme. anyway, the detail was good, there were some good features and many things which did get you thinking hard. We had to ask for help a couple of times but that was more because we were perhaps a little tied from earlier. However there was a lot of interactive initiatives, using things from other parts of the space pod in new sections. sliding doors opened up more rooms and there was some good tech/electronics. Id be curious to see how the other rooms are with Mazer but I do know there are a lot of escape rooms in London these days. Overall, we enjoyed it and I would recommend.

Good escape room for first-timers - Starstruck escape room was a great escape room for mixed ability/experience groups. My friends and I attended as a shake up for our Friday night post-work activity, with two of the group having never done an escape room before. The newbies very quickly got into the swing of it and enjoyed running around and finding clues. Timmaya, our Games Host, was fantastic; she was great fun and really added to the evening's vibe. The only downside was that the location was hard to find, and we were walking around a housing estate for 10 minutes trying to find it.

Not recommended - This was the worst escape room I've been to (I've been to many in London, around the UK and in other countries). There were only 4 or 5 puzzles. They were not interesting, were purely constructed and poorly led. Previous Google reviews mention lack of safety from various perspectives. It's true that there was no emergency exit. Previous reviews also mention a few dangerous items which seem to have now been removed from the room (but we could see they were there previously). My guess is that this is the reason why the room is left without any puzzles and with a lot of random red herrings. There's no reason to visit this escape room in a city like London. I'm sorry. It also looks like the company has since disabled reviews on Google.

It's a shame so many things went wrong - SPOILER ALERT so please don't read below if you are going. But long story short so many of the components did not work or were simply missing. Please see below for the specifics Myself and two others came to Mazer Zone on Wednesday night at 10pm. Upon completion of the room, we encountered several issues with the room, which left us unable to complete the room as intended. These were: - The note that was meant to be found in the flower pot with the roses in the second pod on the right was missing. This meant we could not access the word lock as we didn't have the clue. - The directional lock which locked the black pod was jammed. This was tested by the person from Mazer who confirmed this and said that the groups before us could get in, but we could not. - The scanner would not scan certain parts of the room, leaving us extremely confused as to how to use it and what was meant to and not meant to be scanned. - The locker door which was meant to be opened did not open, leaving us very confused as to how to get the final key card to escape. The left side opened, however the right did not, which made the moving of the mat seemingly impossible as we couldn't reach in there properly. For all of these we had to radio in, asking for clues and spoiling the entire experience and immersion. Having been to several escape rooms, this was by far the most disjointed experience I have had and simply was not complete. Having come into the room optimistic, this was a severe let down for myself and the two others. It's a shame but I will not be going there again
