10/10 would definitely recommend - The escape room was very fun to do. They had a good storyline as well. We were welcomed by Luna. She is great, very friendly!

Great experience full of fun - This was a very nice experience. The room was fun and it pushed us to the limits of creativity, but was also interesting that we had to go through some lasers which was a physical activity itself (not for my tiny little girlfriend...). What made the whole experience even better was Jakeem who guided us when we got stuck and also made the whole escape room funnier. We just found the business card now in our luggage and wanted to use this opportunity to say thank you for such a nice opportunity! Jakeem - you will be visited again soon enough!

MAZER - ESCAPE ROOM - Camden - Went to this escape room in Camden with a mate and we had an absolute blast. Jakeem took care of us and was our quiz master and he made the experience very fun and incredibly real - and helped us out out with a small clue when we needed one! Felt like I was in a movie the way doors sprung open. Clues were found and how real the environment was. HIGHLY recommend!

Brilliant Birthday Party at Mazer Zone - My friends and I had an absolute blast at Mazer Zone’s escape rooms “Capital Caper” and “Star Struck”! From the moment we stepped in, Timmaya’s enthusiasm and professionalism shone through as she guided us through the intricate puzzles and challenges. Even while managing her own tasks, Timmaya ensured that our experience was seamless, adding to the thrill of the escape. “Capital Caper” and “Star Struck” were impeccably designed, providing just the right balance of difficulty and excitement to keep us engaged throughout. Our group thoroughly enjoyed unraveling the mysteries and working together to solve each clue. With Timmaya’s expert assistance, our escape adventure was nothing short of phenomenal. Kudos to Timmaya and Mazer Zone for delivering an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back for more thrilling escapades! One thing I must say is that I tried to contact them a few times on phone and via email but never got an answer on the phone, left a voice note and didn’t hear back. Luckily I called one last time on the day of the booking and someone picked up and was able to add an extra person that we couldn’t add onto the booking.

A great Escape Room experience..... - It was great fun for the team! Having done a few escape rooms this had the right amount of 'difficulty'!! The host was very friendly and guiding. Thank you!

Poor quality room for the price - This rating is no reflection on the member of staff as she was helpful and nice. But the quality of room itself was just poor, outdated, broken, pointless mostly. We've done about 40 escape rooms and this was by far the worst one in terms of quality.

Escaping the toilet was more fun then the actual escape room. - Initial booking got double booked so had to rebook for the next day, which was annoying but quickly got that sorted. When we arrived we were told the toilets were out of order because there was no toilet paper. Thankfully had some tissues in my bag. But then got somewhat stuck in the toilet and had to get a friend to help me pry the door open. Escaping the toilet was probably more interesting then the actual escape room. The host was so drone and monotone when reading the scenario mission brief to us, like she just couldn't be asked which was kinda depressing. The room didn't have that much physical clues around for us to grab and the clue about weighing gold felt somewhat unfinished and a bit too confusing. Lazers were difficult to see and it took a while to get help when we asked for help with the clues. It seems like she was the only one working when we went which we understand she can't be in 2 places at once. We could hear her dealing with the last group which had a lot of noisy kids. So we lost a lot of time struggling with the task and waiting for a response. Unfortunately we weren't able to escape and we didn't get to find out how to do the last challenge as a nother group was waiting for us to finish outside and she couldn't reveal the clue to us in front of them. Overall it was meant to be my friends first escape room experience and I'm disappointed with how it went. Hopefully we'll find a better escape room place In the future with more enthusiasm, better communication and better puzzles. Would not recommend this place.
