Make your own ganache, learn how to temper chocolate, enrobe your bonbons, make your own chocolate bars from cocoa beans and much more! Creating an amazing chocolate bar from a cocoa bean is a wonderful, wonderful process. Melt’s team of top chefs will guide you through this magical transformation, every step of the way, all in the heart of Notting Hill. Learning the process from bean-to-bar is a magical metamorphosis. You will crack and winnow cocoa beans. Then with a pestle and mortar, you we will grind the chocolate beans. You will taste the chocolate at each stage to see how the flavours change and develop over time. This journey releases different flavours notes which can be very dramatic. The next stage is tempering - you will pipe or mould the chocolate into your very own beautiful bar. You will then take your own unique Chocolate bar home with Melt’s beautiful packaging and a designer bag. An authentic experience from the Heart of Notting Hill. I will interweave the history of chocolate - so you see how the Aztecs created such beautiful cocoa. A unique experience in the heart of Notting Hill, London.

Each participant leaves with 3 45g self-wrapped bars, a box of 10 Bonbons, and a box of 10 Pralines, plus a bag of loose chocolates.

Chocolate Lovers United - Our chocolatier was knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I booked the bon bon making class to learn about one of my favorite sweet treats and it was nothing short of informative decadent goodness. You will not only get hands on application but also educational opportunity to learn how chocolate is made from cacao. We tried 100% dark chocolate to white chocolate and everything in between savoring each bite.

Wonderful!! - Igor ROCKS! I picked the hottest day in British history to go learn how to make chocolates. Igor was the sweetest, most patient, and knowledgeable person; the perfect teacher! It was such a great experience. Igor, I wish you the best always!

Igor makes the chocolate class even better!! - We had such an amazing time learning about chocolate and how to make it with Igor! He was fun, extremely knowledgeable, and showed his passion for the craft throughout the class! We couldn’t be happier that we did this and highly recommend going to one yourself!!

So much fun!!! - Me and my sister did this class and we had so much fun! Our instructor, Igor, was hilarious and so passionate about making chocolate and sharing his knowledge with us! It is very nice how small the class is and how you get the full experience of bon bon making during the class! Not to mention the box of bon bons that you go home with are delicious! Highly recommend :)

Fantastic! - I did the bonbon class with a friend and would highly recommend. I got took the class and taught us everything we needed to know. Great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone. Really good price and I would definitely return for another class!!
