- Wayfarer Wines - We start the day with a guided tasting at Wayfare Wines, a small producer making big things happen.
- Chapel Down - Traveling out of London and across the chalk soil of the Kent North Downs we will make our way through beautiful English countryside and arrive at Chapel Down Winery. Chapel Down is nestled in the 15th century shipbuilding port known as the hamlet of Small Hythe were we will explore the vineyard and learn about English viticulture. You’ll enjoy a fully guided tasting of their range of English sparkling and still wines. There will be plenty of time to wonder around and browse the wine shop after the tasting.
- Chapel Down - Enjoy a delicious locally sourced picnic lunch in the grounds of Chapel Down. All served with a glass of English wine of course.
- Silcocks Farm Shop and Cafe - Silcocks Farm is a pure organic farm where quality and goodness thrives! Here we learn all about the cheese making process and get to try Silcock’s famous cheeses. We will enter the milk production diary and venture into the cheese room to discuss with the cheesemaker herself. Then for the main event we pair 6 of our favourite English Wines with 6 of our favourite English Cheeses in a seated guided tasting. Delicious!

This wine tour involves a conducted tasting at the distinguished Chapel Down Vineyard and Wayfarer Wines, followed by a delightful picnic lunch amid the grapevines, complemented with Chapel Down wine.
Next, we journey to Silcocks Farm, renowned for their tasty cheeses and organic products, all crafted directly on their premises. They’ll acquaint you with the cheese making process and organic farming, before presenting the highlight of the tour – an English Wine and Cheese tasting, featuring some of our top recommended English wines and cheeses.
You will have the opportunity to try a variety of our preferred English wines and cheeses as you master the important skill of pairing food with wine. Finally, you will have the option to buy any of the culinary treasures we’ve tasted (and even more) from the gourmet food shop.
