Great two-hour tour! - Jess was so helpful and spent the perfect amount of time explaining where we were and the significance. He knew the area very well and gave us some great tips after the tour on restaurants, money exchange, etc.
I would suggest that Viator choose a different meeting point. None of the locals in the area knew where the Fourth Plith was, and we couldn't find it on Maps.

A very nice visit - The guide Jess was really very friendly. We were able to discover some very beautiful places thanks to him so thank you very much.
As someone who is a big Harry Potter fan, I would do it again without any problem!

Amazing. - Very interesting tour. Lots of spots of the movies. We took many pictures and visited a thematic store where we could buy merchandising products.

Guide didnt show. Wrong appointed tickets - Guide didnt show and when i talked to the support they had registred our tickets from. They awaited us at 10 am and our tickets said 15 PM. Bad experience would not recommed.
Currently waiting full refund but i've got to wait over a week for answer.
